This newly built two bedroom apartment is situated in Lagos Marina beside bars, restaurants and shops. It is a short 15 minute walk from the apartment to Lagos town centre along the seafront promenade.
Situated between Faro and Sagres, Lagos is ideally located to explore the Western Algarve’s coastal towns and beaches or to travel inland through natural parks to historic towns.
This marina apartment, with two secure car spaces, has easy access to many quality golf courses such as Palmares and Boavista, an easy ten minute drive away. Non-golfers can soak up the sun on the beach, at the pool or have a go at some of the many activities on offer. Particularly interesting is the very scenic cliff top walk from the apartment Westward through Burgau and Praia da Luz.

The Algarve / West Algarve region
The Algarve with its rugged coastline is a beautiful holiday destination any time of year. Beach lovers can top up their tan on the golden sands, or if they're feeling a bit more energetic have a go at one of the many waters ports on offer locally - water skiing, windsurfing, surfing, diving....
Away from the coast then take the time to visit the Algarve's stunning mountainous natural parks. There are some beautiful old towns here such as Silves with picturesque cobbled streets, a fort and an impressive cathedral.
Lagos / Marina area
Between Faro and Sagres, Lagos is a great base from which to explore the Western Algarve and all it has to offer.
Guests will be just 15 minutes walk from Lagos. This is a really pleasant stroll along the tree-lined seafront promenade. The “Old Town” is very attractive dating back to the time of Henry the Navigator when Lagos was an important trading port and the base for Portuguese world exploration.
There is plenty to keep you occupied in the Marina Complex and nearby; spend a day on the golden sands; play a game of tennis or two; try your hand at one of the many water sports on offer; have a go at horse riding or explore the area on foot.
Keen golfers are also well catered for, with easy access to some top quality courses such as Palmares and Boavista (both just a ten/fifteen minute drive away).
There really is something to keep every member of the familiy happy!

There are two bedrooms with built in wardrobes and storage both tastefully furnished with lockers, dressing tables and mirrors. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, en-suite and air-conditioning. The twin room has two single beds. The marbled master bedroom en-suite has a bath/shower, wash basin and WC.
The main bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC.
The well equipped galley kitchen comes with a ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and separate balcony.
Apartment facilities include - 32” LCD Sony Brava TV with DVD and satellite channels.
Further details outdoors: A deep balcony runs the length of the apartment overlooking a tidal lake with two black swans and views across the marina to Lagos town centre. The balcony is accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom. Balcony furniture includes two sun beds with occasional table and a glass covered wicker table and matching chairs.

Preferred changeover day Saturday/Sunday but other days outside will be accommodated outside high period if circumstances permit. To facilitate preparing the apartment for incoming clients the apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
