Our executive 2-bedroom first floor apartment is ideally situated to enjoy the fabulous Boavista Golf Resorts, Lagos, Pria da Luz and truly spectacular 6km Meia Praia beach, one of the longest beaches in the Western Algarve. The 18 hole par 71 championship course will impress and challenge all level of golfer with its 360 degree breathtaking views you cant fail to be impressed. For non Golfers the resort offers a wide range of leisure facilities including family pool, luxury health club and Tennis and club house. For the children we offer football coaching play area and children's pool. The fully fitted kitchen in white and blues offers views of the 1st green though the window, en-suite master bedroom with twin beds and patio doors onto a balcony overlooking the 17th Lake. From the second twin bedded bedroom walk straight out of the patio doors onto your own private balcony which overlooking the 1st green. A large separate bathroom means its an ideal holiday apartment, for golf.
Golf
Boavista Golf opened on 1st January 2002, the impressive 18 Hole Championship golf course has been designed by Howard Swan MSc, past president of The European Institute of Golf Course Architects. His philosophy - to create a course as if it has always been there - has been sensitively applied at Boavista, preserving, integrating and harmonising with the area's natural terrain. The apartment is situated next to the 1st Par-4 and 2nd Par-3 Hole, but even the most hardened golf enthusiast will be impressed with the view of the 17th Tee from our south facing balcony.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

Lagos / Boavista area

Lagos offers a wide range of supermarkets and shops where you will find international designer labels, casual wear and locally made gifts including hand woven baskets, pottery, ceramics, decorative pots and tiles. To the east of our apartment is Meia Praia, a sandy beach that rises of out of the sea. Further west are the old fishing villages of Praia da Luz and Burgau. These offer a quiet scene to the resorts of Lagos. In the centre of Lagos you will find everything you need to make your visit memorable, cobbled streets, vibrant Yacht Marinas and picturesque squares decked with restaurants, bars and cafes providing enchanting boulevard dining with a wealth of international cuisine. Visitors can choose from French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Angolan and Brazilian menus; ample choice to suit everyone. Portimão, a town renowned for some of the best shops in the region can be reached by car or taxi. Near to Lagos is the Algarve Shopping centre, A new indoor complex which has become a popular tourist attraction, offering two floors of shops, restaurants and a large supermarket. Local markets and fairs are held most weekends in Lagos and the surrounding villages offer antiques, books, leather goods and food produce. Eating out. You can enjoy traditional Portuguese cooking... freshly grilled fish, sardines grilled over charcoal or shellfish cataplana, traditional seafood, grilled specialty meats, freshly baked bread, local wines and at the end of the evening, truly homemade desserts and pastries.

How to get there

Directions from Faro Airport to Boavista Golf Resort

On leaving Faro Airport, keep in Right Hand Lane signposted A22M (new motorway), N125 Faro (old main road along the coast of Portugal)
Remain in Right Hand Lane going under the footbridge and follow signs for A22 Lisboa / Portimaõ / Loulé
Continue along the motorway following A22 Lisboa / Albufeira / Lagos / Portimaõ
Continue along the A22 past the GALP Service Stations and turn off at Junction 1 Lagos / Vila Do Bispo
Remain in the right hand lane and continue on the dual carriageway, over the first roundabout and follow signs for N125 Sagres / Lagos
At the next roundabout, take the 1st right signposted Vila Do Bispo / Sagres
Boavista Golf Resort is situated 500m on the left.
The journey from Faro to Boavista Golf Resort will take approximately 50 minutes.

En-suite bathroom to master bedroom, has bath with shower over, vanity basin, bidet & wc.
Main bathroom has shower cubicle, vanity basin & wc.
Fully fitted, all electric, with oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, waste disposal unit, iron & ironing board.
Satellite 42" Plasma TV to living room, with lounge/dining room with double patio doors leading to the balcony overlooking the 17th. Two sofas 6-seater dining table, DVD & CD. Air conditioning.
Spacious entrance hall and storage room off the kitchen. There is also a lockable storage room, that serves the four apartments in the block, located in the downstairs entrance hall. This is ideal for golf equipment. Garage can be booked at an extra cost.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided and changed weekly. In addition the bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned mid-week including a towel change. Daily maid service can be arranged at an additional cost.

Outside
This 1st floor apartment has two well equipped balconies which include sunloungers, parasols, tables and chairs. The shared swimming pool is accessed by a swipe card and is secure but unsupervised. The main pool is approximately 30 metres long by 13m metres wide with a continual depth of approximately 4 feet. It is heated from April to October. There is also a separate children's pool.
Sunbeds and shades are provided along with changing rooms showers and a snack bar.
Notes on accommodation
Guests have the added advantage of discounted golf on Boavista Golf Course. A golf driving range, tennis courts, children's play area and 5-aside football and volleyball facilities are also available to guests on the resort. The Clubhouse restaurant serves a selection of light meals and snacks throughout the day and a full menu in the evenings.

Five minutes away is the beach holiday resort of Luz, providing family waterfront activities and a delightful seafront cafes and shops.

Distances
Lagos and Praia Da Luz are within 4km.
The picturesque mountain town of Monchique is approximately a 40 minute drive and the bustling city of Silves is nearer still.
To the west the quaint fishing village of Burgau is around a 15 minute drive and the rugged coastline of Sagres/Cape St. Vincente, the most westerly place in Europe, is around a 40 minute drive.

Booking notes
Any bookings of apartment 60C are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Upon issue of a booking confirmation, a contract will be entered into for the holiday dates shown.
To secure your booking a 25% deposit is required, the final balance is payable six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If the final payment balance is not received by the due date the client will remain liable to pay the balance
All cancellations must be immediately notified by telephone.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure.
Late bookings require payment in full prior to departure.
A damage deposit of £150 will be required when paying the balance. This will be returned within ten working days providing our agent has found everything to be in order on your departure.
All damage above wear and tear should be reported to our agents Careways immediately.

Well here I am back at work already, it has flown by, Thanks very much for the use of your apartment , again we had a great holiday, your apartment was just as great as my friends place across the second fairway….. We managed 4 rounds of golf , my 15 year old son off 6 managed a 74 on one of the days, The weather was fantastic each day, Just a great break.

This was our first visit to Portugal When we arrived we realised we had forgotten my wife’s medication and Careways was on hand via phone to get us to a hospital. The apartment, the organisation, customer service was excellent. The NEW club house was fantastic. It had just opened and the food and staff were great. Hope we can get over next year

From start to finish we had the very best assistance organising our holiday, Flight, car hire, maps to the apartment and restaurants. The apartment was fantastic, Gary loved the Golf and the club was so helpful allowing Gary to join a three round. I would 200% recommend this apartment to all. Its quite luxurious and a home from home. Lagos town is excellent.
