The villa is only 1.5km away from the beach of Meia Praia and 1km from the nearest golf course of Palmares. It is an ideal place for a relaxing, "get-away-from-it-all" holiday.

The large master bedroom is found on the upper level and has it's own bathroom en suite and access to a private terrace with magnificent views over the Alvor Estuary. The other two bedrooms are on the lower floor and all have fitted wardrobes.

There is large open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with every appliance necessary with the added luxury of a laundry area. The living room area has a wood burning stove for those chilly autumn evenings while the whole villa is fitted with air conditioning so you are cool all through the summer.

With Faro airport under an hour away it takes just five minutes from the A22 motorway exit at Mexilhoeira Grande to go from the hustle and bustle of modern living to the un-commercialised, calm and serenity of Villa Kasade is is totally private, and can boast heated pool with bubble seat and outstanding view overlooking the Ria de Alvor estuary.

Villa Kasade is situated 3 kilometres outside the town of Lagos which is in one of the largest bays on the Algarve. An attractive, bustling town it was conquered in the 8th century by the Moors who left behind fortifications, some of which can still be seen today. During the 15th century the pioneer Henry the Navigator turned Lagos into an important naval centre and in fact the city was the capital of the Algarve from 1576 – 1756.
