About the home

A lovely, fully equipped, ground floor apartment available for rent in Lagos Portugal.

In an excellent location, the apartment is situated on a small, private complex and comes complete with it's own large sun terrace which overlooks the stunning pool and attractive gardens.

This good sized apartment has 1 double bedroom, living room, laundry room complete with washing machine iron and ironing board, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom complete with power shower and and a large outdoor furnished terrace area. The apartment features underground car parking and a video entry system.

Due to it's excellent location, the apartment is ideal for those who are seeking a relaxing, peaceful holiday but prefer not to be too far away from the action. There are many restaurants and bars to suit everyone, depending on where you wish to spend your time i.e. whether it is the picturesque beach, the traditional and charming Lagos town or the thriving boating marina.

Only 50 minutes from Faro Airport.

Palmares and Boavista golf course are just a short drive away, Lagos is considered to be an excellent location for golfers.

The apartment contains everything you might need for your holiday including all towels/linen and has the added avantage of video entry and secure underground parking .

There is one large bedroom but also features a sofa bed in the living area for partities of more than 2 people. Living room comes complete with T.V. and DVD There is a laundry room complete with washing machine and ironing facilities amd a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave for convenience.

The apartment has its own large, furnished sun terrace which is lovely for enjoying a glass of chilled wine or beer whilst overlooking the pool and attractive gardens.

A gate has been installed on the sun terrace which when locked will prevent young children gaining access to the pool area.

Children need to be supervised when in the pool area as there is no lifeguard.

Conditions

A £100 deposit is required for each week you wish to reserve. The full balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the date that you are due to fly.

Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged if required and are much cheaper than getting a taxi at the airport. The cost is 65 euros each way (per trip, not per person) and this is paid on arrival at the apartment.

Lagos is a traditional place with lots of charm and lots of character. However, for those who require a little more activity, there are lots of boat trips, fishing trips and different water sports on offer. Just venture down the Avenida for more information.

Cheap flights available to Faro with Easyjet, Ryanair and many, many more.

Less than 5 minutes from Lagos train station. A train ticket from Faro to Lagos is roughly 6 euro.

Car hire available from a local, reputable company with delivery/collection from the airport if required. Due to the excellent location of the apartment, car hire is not essential and transfers to and from the Airport can be arranged on your behalf.

Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged on your behalf at additional cost if required.

“Fabulous, Apartment made a fabulous holiday!” This was my first time at Lagos, and what a holiday we had. Set in a gorgeous location, just behind the habour and the town, Quinta da Cardeira couldn't have been nicer. A ground floor apartment which is spacious, clean and welcoming, with a large swimming pool just outside the terrace which nine times out of ten was exclusively ours. I'm sure I'll be a regular visitor as this fabulous apartment made a fabulous holiday!

“Lovely spacious apartment, great location” Lovely clean spacious apartment with outside dining space on the terrace. Good size rooms, very secure, surrounded by well maintained gardens and a good size swimming pool. This is our second visit to the apartment, seriously thinking of going for the hatrick next summer. Perfect location too !!

Emma, had another great holiday again at your apartment, the fantastic weather obviously helps.
The spacious apartment is ideal for the family, all the appliances you need. Very clean, fresh and airy, all very secure, underground parking is great (keeps the car cool in hot weather). Outside space plentifull, good size swimming pool, lovely gardens. Apartment has good size patio for outside dining.

This is our second time renting this apartment !! We’ve already discussed possibly renting again next year
