About the home
Villa Nore is a deluxe brand new 4 bedroom villa, fully air-conditioned with a heated pool. This villa is situated in the popular area of Porto do Mos on a new resort.
From the entrance you enter into a hall way which leads into the living area, there is a lounge with seating for all the family, satellite TV, DVD player, there are patio doors from the lounge area out to the pool and gardens, this area is open plan and leads onto the dining room which has seating for up to 8 people and from here you have the open plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual modern utensils.
There is a downstairs shower room off from the entrance hall also. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second and third bedroom upstairs both have twin beds, all the bedrooms on this level have balconies some with a glimpse of the sea. The 4th bedroom is an additional room on the ground floor with use of the downstairs shower room; this bedroom has been added to the villa and has no outside access with windows or patio doors.

All the upstairs bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a bath and oevr head shower or a shower cubicle, the downstairs bedroom has use of the shower room on this level in the hall.

The outside of the villa has a lovely pool area with a kidney shaped heated private pool, there is patio surrounding the pool with plenty of sun loungers for all the family, and a small lawned area around the side of the villa. There is a built in BBQ and outside dining furniture.
Conditions
This villa is available for a minimum of 4 nights and for longer monthly visits during the outer seasonal months, betweek April and October this isnot applicable unless agreed in advance.
The Algarve / West Algarve region

The Lagos / Porto de Mos area
This beautiful market town is set within one of the largest bays on the Algarve. Lagos is one of the Algarve’s oldest and most interesting towns and within the historic walls there’s an abundance of cafes and restaurants along its cobbled streets. Lagos was primarily a fishing port that has become a popular tourist location.
The Marina de Lagos offers a touch of elegance with it restaurants, shops, bars and cafes and is also an important yachting centre. Lagos combines both a local and tourist feel better than any other resort on the Algarve, there’s always a good local presence when you visit this typical Portuguese town.

Villa Nore is located in Lagos about 45 - 60 minutes drive from Faro airport, car hire or private airport transfers can be arranged - Villa Nore is about a 1 kilometre away from the Porto do Mos beach - local taxis are very reasonable about €5 Euros from the centre of town to the villa.

The villa was great - spacious, clean (the twice-weekly visits by the cleaners and the change of towels/linen really made a difference here), good amenities/facilities with a good sized pool (thanks to the pool man for keeping it clean/topped-up) and for the helpful folder on local activities/restaurants/sites to see etc.
Thanks again - when we next visit the algarve, you'll be our first port-of-call for somewhere to stay!
