This apartment is located in a private condominium and very well situated within the area of Lagos. It is a bright, spacious and well furnished apartment with all the features and facilities to make it feel home from home. All rooms benefit from airconditioning/heating.
The two large bedrooms (one double, one Twin) have plenty of storage with built in wardrobes and drawers. The double room has tv and a large private balcony overlooking the pool with sunloungers.
The main balcony leads off the second bedroom and lounge has a large seating area with BBQ and views toward the marina and town. Both balconies enjoy the sun from early afternoon to sundown.
The lounge comes with two comfortable sofabeds with tv,dvd player and stereo. There is a selection of cd's and dvd's for your enjoyment.
The well equipped kitchen comes with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, grill, microwave ,kettle and toaster.
The apartment is located behind Marina da Lagos where there is a selection of first-class restaurants and bars where you can enjoy a good night out with great food and live music. You can also book many boat trips here eg dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, fishing or sightseeing trips along the Algarve coast.
The old town of Lagos is a 10 minuite stroll away.There are narrow cobbled streets with great restaurants, bars, shops and local fish market where you can buy the daily catch for back on the balcony for BBQ lunch.
The long sandy beach of Meia Praia is also a 10 minuite walk away and here you can enjoy watersports and beach bars set back in the sand dunes.The apartment has airconditioning/heating in both the bedrooms and lounge.
The bathroom is modern and fitted out with bath/shower, wc, bidet and handbasin with mirror and shaver socket.
The kitchen is bright and modernly fitted out with oven, grill, hob, microwave,coffee maker, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher.
There are beach parasols and cooler box at your disposal for those lazy days at the beach.

The apartment has a communal swimming pool with children's splash pool, sunloungers, parasols, shower rooms and wc's. The garden area includes children's play area and minigolf.
The condominium is in a private setting with night security, 24 reception and our apartment comes with its own private car space with access to this first floor apartment by lift in the garage.
There is also a restaurant on site with great Portuguese food specialising in sizzling stone.
There is also a roof Terrance, accessed by lift with great views of Lagos and Algarve coastline.
This apartment is available for weekend or midweek breaks as well as weekly holidays.
Rates are given for weekly stays with a maximum of five people.
A 20% deposit is required to secure booking with balance due six weeks before arrival.
We include a welcome pack for all our guests to help you settle in.
You will be met by Michael our property manager at the apartment to welcome you and help you with any queries you may have and he is contactable throughout your stay.
The changeover day throughout the year is flexible as we are aware of cheaper midweek flights.
The apartment must be vacated by 11am if there are guests arriving on day of departure and the apartment will be ready to occupy by 2pm.
If there are no bookings on the day of departure the apartment is available until guests need to depart for the airport.
We request you vacate the apartment before 11am on day of departure and the apartment would be ready for your arrival at 2pm. However this can be flexible depending on bookings.
The Algarve region
The western Algarve is unspoilt and has lots of places of interest.
The towns and nearby villages are Alvor, Luz and Sagres.
Surfing and watersports are very popular.
There are many golf courses and Lagos boasts its own zoo.
Lagos is a truly beautiful typical Portuguese town and will appeal to those who want to see the real Algarve.
The town has narrow cobbled streets that are pedestrianized with quaint restaurants,bars and typical Portuguese architecture. The award-winning marina is a hive of activity both day and night with restaurants, bars and you can book many different boat trips here including dolphin watching which I really recommend doing, a truly memorable experience.
The town has a fishing harbour where the local fisherman can be seen bringing in their daily catches to the fish market.
Lagos is a historic town with many places of interest to visit with old churches,museum and buildings to admire.
By day you can enjoy a walk along the promenade,have a great day shopping or enjoy a coffee at the marina watching the world go by. The long sandy beach of Meia Praia is 4.5km long and never overcrowded even in high season.
By night the town comes to life with fab restaurants and bars . There are street entertainers and musicians for your entertainment and Lagos has many festivals throughout the year with fireworks and concerts.
If you want to travel around and see more of the Algarve there is both train and bus stations in the town and so car hire is not necessary.
Great days trips for the family are the many waterparks around the Algarve or Zoo marine with its dolphin shows and funfair.
