Kaza Keamara is an impressive, brand new 5 star 6 bedroom luxury villa, completely private situated just a short walk from Porto de Mos Beach which has a choice of a few great restaurants. Lagos town centre with its great selection of shops, bars and restaurants is only 20 minutes walk away . Golf enthusiasts will also be happy with 5 prestigious courses all within 20 minutes' drive and the closest being only 5 minutes away.
This villa is unique and prestigious in that it has been built to the highest standard, incorporating features, that make it a truly wonderful experience to unwind in and have an idyllic holiday, indulgent break or as a base for a golfing holiday.
As you walk in through a custom made 2.7m high front door, the Living room to the left seats 8, has glass coffee table and looks into the indoor pool - it opens up onto a terrace that leads to the outdoor pool and gardens. To the right of the front door is a further seating area for 7 people with views across a tropical garden. This room has a 40" plasma TV, Sky satellite, MEO cable TV, DVD player and coffee table.
Across the house, on the other side of the indoor pool, is the dining room which has a stately dinning room table in lacquered white with glass top with seating for 16, and 3m long side board as well as iPod docking station. There is also an entrance to the indoor pool from the dining area.
The state of the art ALNO kitchen has Silestone work tops with Diedritch appliances and includes steam oven and 2 dishwashers, 2 extractors, induction hob, teriyaki grilling plate and gas wok hob as well as a wine cooler.
On the lower ground floor there is a spacious and contemporary decorated entertainment area, 42" plasma, Sky Satellite, DVD player, JBL iPod docking station, refrigerator, bar tables and chairs, elaborate settees and pouffes, coffee table and spectacular views into the indoor pool.
There is a separate laundry room is in the basement with a washing and drying machines and a wash up sink.
There are 6 bedrooms in the house split over the first floor and the lower ground floor. All rooms have a private terrace or garden and bedrooms 1-3 all have luxury en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 5 and 6 share a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom with access from each room. Bedroom 6 has use of a shower room across the hallway. There are 2 double rooms and 4 twin rooms in the villa as well as 2 double sofa beds (in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 6.)
Outside is just as impressive with Bamboo deck terraces on the ground floor and around the pool, furnished with rattan tables and chairs and sun beds shaded with rectangular parasols, perfect to take in the sun and enjoy long exotic drinks.

The Lagos area
Lagos, is 80km from the district capital Faro. The city boasts a 4.5km long stretch of un-spoiled beach, Meia Paria, and many more exclusive beaches carved out over the centuries by the Atlantic from the surrounding cliffs. Porto de Mós which is in walking distance from the villa is unspoiled and one of the many others in the vicinity.
Lagos city is centuries old with seafaring tradition dating back to 15th century, rich in its history being the departure port of the great navigators, before they set out in voyages of discovery. Much of the ancient walls with history are still untouched, including an ancient Fortress which still stands guard over the harbour entrance. But Lagos has grown to be a youthful town with a delightful charm all of its own. The ancient maze of cobbled streets co-exist happily with the likes of the elegant new Marina, vast amounts of restaurants and bars, pavement cafés and shops.
Over and above the many water sports that can be practice along the western Algarve, many other activities available in Lagos include parachuting, microlighting, bike tours, horseback riding, Dolphin viewing trips and much more.
This town has the oldest slave market in Europe (dating back to the 15th century) and it was in Lagos that Caravels were build and set sail to the new world, it is much visited and is an historical world heritage town.
