About the home

This stunning apartment is only moments away from the centre of Lagos and its cobbled streets with a vast array of restaurants bars and cafes offering all international flavours from around the world.

The apartment has two bedrooms two bathrooms one being en suite and both have fully fitted wardrobes.The bedrooms are one double with en suite bathroom the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and is adjacent to the family bathroom.The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and are spacious and light and have dressing tables.

The living room consists of two sofas one being a double sofa bed and look onto the balcony.
There is a large dining area with seating for 6 people and there is a flat screen tv with satellite (english)and a dvd player.

The large balcony has a large table with seating for 6 people for alfresco dining.

The kitchen is large and fully fitted with washing machine,oven hob,cooker,microwave,fridge freezer and a breakfast table with chairs

The complex has two pools one indoor heated and the second pool is outdoors,there is also a fully fitted gym a sauna and hotub inside with a large outdoor jacuzzi all free to use and open all year around.
There is two lifts giving wheelchair access and the pool area is flat.

There is a excellent cafe under the complex and a hairdressers and two large supermarkets within 200 metres of the complex.
The complex also has a childrens playground on the ground floor.

Conditions

We require a £200 pound refundable breakage deposit on entry returned after a satisfactory property inspection within 2 weeks of departure.

On booking there is a 30% deposit payable with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival we accept credit/debit card or bank transfers.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The west of algarve has over 200 kms of golden sandy beaches and on the larger ones there are lifeguard patrols all summer long.These beaches are free to use and you can hire sun loungers and parasols for a daily or weekly charge.Most of the beaches have restaurants serving excellent fresh food and cold drinks all year around.The larger beaches have all the water sports on offer such as jet skiing,snorkelling,paddle boating and para gliding. The weather in the west is another reason for holidaying here as you get over 300 days a year sushine.The west of the algarve also has natural harbours and a large fishing industry dating back hundreds of years.

The Lagos / Quinta das Palmeiras area

The apartment is set in a residencial zone and is a gated community but close to all amenities and the marina.
Lagos is a walled city and dates back to the third century with close links to the Moors and Romans with the british being one of its oldest allies.There are two beaches located in lagos one next to the fortress that guards the entrance to the marina and harbour and meia praia thats a 10/15 minute walk from the apartment.
The old town, with its colourful market square and narrow cobbled side streets.is 5 minutes away and offers a vast array of restaurants ,bars,cafes and shopping.The centre of Lagos is typically portuguese with its cobbled street restaurants and cafes offering excellent food and cold drinks and the bar owners give every one a warm welcome.The centre of lagos is dominated by the town square and all its shops cafes and restaurants with its night time entertainment.The marina in lagos offers daily boat trips for seeing the caves that are only accessible by boat or deepsea fishing and also just cruising the algarve coastline.
The largest beach in lagos is the meia praia and this beach stretches for over 5 kms and has been awarded the blue flag of europe for its clean water and beach .
.There are also a number of golf courses including the famous 5* boavista golf and spa hotel with fantastic greens set within an old olive tree plantation and also has stunning views of the atlantic from many of its tees.
We can arrange discounted rounds of golf for our staying guests on the boavista or any other course in the algarve
