This spacious villa has 5 bedrooms, one master bedroom situated on its own floor, with en suite and private sun terrace. Two further double bedrooms, both with shower rooms and two twin bedrooms sharing a large sized family bathroom. The spacious lounge and dining room open out onto the sun terrace and pool area, providing stunning sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and a separate utiltiy room provides washing facilites.
The property is located in the area of Vale de Lama between the coastal towns of Lagos and Alvor. This quite area of the Algarve, is on the side of a small hill looking out to sea. This area is only occupied by privately owned villas, few of which are rented out giving you the all of the relaxation that you need, with only the sound of the Birds and the wind. The Villa is stepped further forward than the neighbours which will give you added privacy and the back of the Villa and pool area is over looked by nobody. The nearest golf course Palmares is only 1km and Penina is only 4km.

Hot, dry, reliable summers. Winters temperatures allow lunch al fresco in the sun but a log fire is essential past 5pm.

Lagos / Vale de Lama area
Vale de Lama is located between the coastal towns of Lagos and Alvor. This quite area of the Algarve, is located on the side of a small hill looking out to sea. The Marina town of lagos, is unspoilt, but provides many facilities to visitors such as great diining, clean beaches, shopping and a daily market.

Faro Airport is situated only 40 minutes from the villa. Most British Airlines have flights into Faro on a daily basis.

Prices are in pounds sterling for the villa per week. Pool heating charge £15 per day. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £48. A 30% non refundable holding deposit is taken to confirm booking, full payment is due 8 weeks before occupancy. Payment by cheque or bank transfer. Weekend rates are available for short breaks on request. A 25% breakages deposit is taken with final payment to cover any damages, this is paid back within 14 days of departure, once our agent has checked the property.
