Parking is available on the quiet road outside the front of the villa which has good street lighting. The villa is gated and fitted with security shutters. A large gas BBQ is available for your use along with outside dining facilities. Beautiful cliff top walks can also be accessed directly outside the villa.
Pool heating can be arranged at a rate of £150 per week.

Deposit on booking of 25% - balance payable 6 weeks prior to holiday
£300 security deposit for breakages - returned within 2 weeks after departure subject to inspection
Mid stay towel and linen change for holidays of more than 10 days along with bathroom and kitchen clean
Extra maid service and linen change can be arranged at rate of 75 Euros

The Algarve region
Enjoying over 3000 hours of sunshine annually, the Western Algarve is ideal for a holiday at any time of the year. The beaches are among the best with activities including surfing and jet-skiing. Beautiful cliff top walks will give you stunning scenery. Inland you have the mountain region with wonderful towns and villages with historic interest. Golfers are catered for with the many fantastic golf courses on offer. Many other activities are available which include the water parks, go-karting, horse riding and tennis.
There are shopping facilities at Albufeira Retail Park and in Portimao, both of which have cinema complexes.
Porto do Mos has a beautiful beach which is protected by high cliffs. At low tide shallow rock pools can be accessed at each end of the beach making this an ideal location for families. There are two restaurants located on the beach, one of which is open all year around. Cliff top walks give you an ideal opportunity to view the stunning scenery and are well marked out.
Lagos is a vibrant, working town which has many shops and restaurants and is of historic interest. A local fish market is open every week day and offers fresh locally caught produce. The Marina offers fishing and sightseeing trips during mid-high season. International supermarkets are close by. There is also a private hospital should the need arise.
