The Villa is located next to the historical town. Within ten walking minutes you reach Lagos Marina which has just been expanded. A pleasant five minutes walk via the lovely boulevard will take you to the heart of Lagos and the old city where you'll find yourself amused by local shops, restaurants, pubs and breathtaking natural sights. Neighbouring cities and sea is within very short distance either you drive or make use of numerous inexpensive public transports which are always at hand.

The Algarve / West Algarve region
The Algarve is the perfect holiday destination - with warm sun, golden sands and crystal clear waters - beautiful calm seas. There are all kinds of restaurants, and you can sample many delights of Portuguese cuisine. It is also an area where you can practise many sports - you can find any kind of watersports under the sun, and miles of golf for all standards.
It is a beautiful area, with fig trees, orange groves and almond trees in blossom which makes for a glorious backdrop from those at the beach. It is also tranquil, but with great nightlife, so there is something for everyone. Come and soak up the sun!
Lagos / Marina area
Lagos has all the ingredients for an unforgettable, enjoyable holiday. A friendly atmosphere, good restaurants and excellent beaches await! This beautiful city offers visitors a unique balance of history and charm, mixing the old with the new to make it one of the most picturesque and interesting places to visit. Whether it be an action packed holiday of golfing, tennis and walking or simply finding that perfect spot on the miles of golden sandy beach, or sitting at one of the many beachside restaurants sampling the local cuisine. Whatever you want your holiday to be, Lagos will not disappoint. If you fancy a change from the town, then head to the Marina. There are a choice of bars and restaurants. A perfect place to sit and watch the world go by, sipping your favourite cocktail and listening to the sway of the boats on the water.
How to get there
All flights to the Algarve region are landing at Faro Airport. Driving time is approx. 50 minutes from airport to villa. Cars can be hired locally, at the Airport or arranged by local representative or via internet. Taxi can also be arraged for collection at airport by local representative. Regular trains and coaches are departing from Faro to Lagos.

Further details indoors: This detached villa is surrounded by its own garden and has a private swimming pool at the rear (South) of the house. Downstairs you will find a large Living room with its open fireplace and French windows that open onto lovely views of Lagos Marina and the Atlantic Ocean from the swimming pool, terrace and peaceful back garden, a modern and large fully fitted kitchen and a Twin en suite bedroom with access to terrace, pool and garden. Upstairs there are two more en suite bedrooms; the master bedroom comes with a double bed and with bathtub in the bathroom. Both rooms have their own access to sun terrace on the first floor with beautiful views to the sea and city. All bedrooms have ample wall mounted wardrobe space. As the villa is situated in Lagos centre a car is not really necessary. There is also a dvb receiver for English, German, Spanish and Italian TV channels.
Further details outdoors: Villa is located in a cul-de-sac which makes it a quiet area yet very close proximity to supermarkets and shops.

A 30% deposit (non returnable) is required to secure a booking, the balance due 6 weeks before date of travel. A returnable breakage deposit of £300 or equivalent is required with the final payment. Stay is from midday on day of arrival through to 10 am on day of departure.

A deposit of £300 against accidental damages/breakages is required with the final payment, this deposit is refunded after check out if no damages/breakages occurred to the property.
Stay is from 14.00 hours on day of arrival through to 10.00 am on day of departure.
Cancellation policy:
Our cancellation policy is six weeks prior to arrival date.
For late bookings (six weeks or less to arrival date) payment is required in full when booking and is not refundable.

We had a great holiday in Lagos. Villa Gaspar exceeded our expectations. It was much larger than we imagined from the photos. Very clean and very well equipped. The garden is beautiful.
