This elegantly very spacious 2 bedroom Town house, new and exclusive to the market it is right in the centre of Lagos the townhouse has a lot of open space for your comfort. It also has two lovely bedrooms with lots of light that comes threw its large windows.
There is on road parking right by the townhouse and also a free car park near by. However, given the central location of the complex, a car is not essential.

The Lagos / Central Lagos area
Lagos is the hidden gem of the Algarve! Protected by its 16th century walls, this picturesque town retains its old-world Portuguese charm. A fine selection of restaurants offering international cuisine, pavement cafes and stylish boutiques line the maze of cobbled streets. There is a superb fresh fish market, with fruit and vegetables for sale on the upper level. These are only a short walk from the town house.
Less than 10 minutes walk from the town house is the fabulous Meia Praia beach - 5km of golden sand with every facility you could ask for, and the quieter town beach at Praia da Batata. A further 7 beaches are within easy reach, many of which are served by the local road train.
During the summer there are all forms of water sports including water-skiing, banana boats, para-sailing and other excitements for all the family. For those who prefer things a little quieter, sailing trips run daily from Lagos Marina. Boat trips are also available to view the grottos and sea caves, or to go Dolphin watching out at sea. To see dolphins close-up why not visit ZooMarine where you can even swim with them!
There are several golf courses close to Lagos offering excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings.
Out of season the Western Algarve is a quiet, tranquil place - ideal to 'get away from it all'. The surrounding beaches, cliffs and countryside are ideal for those who like to walk, bird watch, photograph, and enjoy the delights of nature.

A €150 refundable security deposit will be added to the final payment, and returned on inspection of the apartment at the end of the stay.
Discounts are available for long-term out of season bookings (utilities and cleaning paid locally) - please contact us for details.
If you wish to stay less than one week, there is a daily rate plus €50 cleaning and laundry charge.

Water sports are available on Meia Praia beach. Frequent boat trips to watch dolphins or go fishing from the marina where there are lively bars and restaurants.
Beach bars are on Meia Praia, Praia's Dona Ana, Camilo and Porto de Mos. Lagos is full of excellent restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The region is well know for fish.
Slide and Splash Water park in Lagoa 25 minutes drive. Zoo Marine in Guie 35 minutes drive.

The house is very beautiful, new and all the furniture is in perfect conditions. It has a back courtyard which is perfect for lunch, dinner or just relax there. It is in the center of the town, but there is no noise at night. In addition, it is really easy to park the car nearby the house. The owners are friendly and nice. |

We very much enjoyed our 7 nights here. The big, open lounge room and kitchen was great. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The courtyard was perfect for relaxing in the afternoons and the view of the town from the balcony area up the spiral staircase is amazing. The wifi sometimes dropped in and out but the tv had a fair selection of channels. Did get quite hot in the middle of summer but a fan seemed to do the job. Overall, a fantastic place and on top of that the hosts are extremely friendly people, happy to help with anything and made sure we had everything we needed. A great apartment option in Lagos. |
