Wonderful Location -A luxurious, 2 bed/2 bath, ground floor apartment with private parking overlooking the pool. A superb location just a 2 minute stroll from the old town walls of Lagos which brings you to the centre of town with its shops, bars, restaurants and cosmopolitan marina. Within 10 minutes walk of the apartment, you have a choice of several beaches including one of the Algarve's famous beaches, Praia Dona Ana.
The apartment has been furnished with style, quality and comfort in mind. The spacious living area features 2 sofas, 40 inch flat screen TV with Sky TV and DVD/CD. The indoor dining area has a large table providing ample space for 6.
The master bedroom has a super king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower bath, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size singles. and both have fitted wardrobes, dressing table and chest of drawers. The second bathroom is also equipped with shower, bath, toilet ,bidet and wash hand basin. The modern fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, full size gas hob and oven , fridge freezer and has direct access to the large main terrace for comfortable alfresco dining.
The large South facing Terrace which overlooks the pool has sun beds and table and chairs with sun umbrella for the very hot days. There is also another small terrace leading off from the lounge where you can take in the view which stretches from the old town of Lagos all the way to the ocean.
The Pool has key card entry and is surrounded by a fence (see photos) It is a lovely safe haven for children, with no worries of them being able to wander out of the pool area.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, dressing table /chest of drawers. Large fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower, wc bidet and washbasin.
The spacious guest bedroom has fitted twin beds, dressing table, bedside lockers and fitted wardrobes There is a large guest bathroom with bath shower, wash basin and wc and bidet.
The property sleeps 4 adult persons using the main beds provided. We do not have a full size cot but a travel cot will be able if required.
The spacious master bedroom comes complete with a luxurious super-king size bed, matching bedside tables with lamps, fully fitted wardrobes with a large mirror, an abundance of hanging space as well as drawers and a dressing table. The second bright and airy bedroom has 2 full size single beds each with matching bedside tables and lamps making it possible to lay the beds together creating a super-king or apart as twins, fully fitted wardrobes as in the master bedroom, chest of drawers, Both bedrooms. have air conditioning/heating units
There are external electric roller shutters for both comfort and safety.
The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard, with style, quality and comfort in mind. The spacious living /dining area features 2 sofas, 40 inch flat screen TV with all British Channels and DVD/CD. Large dining area has ample space for 6 people

Additional information about rental rates
A deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking to secure your holiday dates. The booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. The balance of cost including security deposit of £200 is payable no later than 8 weeks before start date of holiday. The security-breakages deposit is refunded by bank transfer within 7 to 14 days after the end of your holiday following check out and subject to no reasonable deductions for breakages/damage etc. All payments are to be made net of any bank charges incurred.. Prices shown are for up to a maximum of 4/5 persons. Cancellations made within the 8 week period prior to your holiday will be refunded in full subject to the dates being resold at full value.
Summer rental rates quoted include all utilities, bed linen, towels and tea towels. Bed linen and towels are changed once during stays of 10 days or more.
The Algarve / West Algarve region
The beaches in the Western Algarve are among the most beautiful and least crowded in Europe. Choose from among the many sheltered sandy coves along the South coast, or venture a little further afield to one of the more dramatic West coast beaches, open to the full force of the Atlantic swell.
With well over 100 restaurants in Lagos and the surrounding area, plus a myriad of cafés, there are options to tempt even the most the discerning palate. The cuisine is mostly Portuguese, but there are also some English, French, Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants, and one Middle Eastern restaurant.
The Lagos / Central Lagos area
For golf enthusiasts we have a beautiful 18 hole golf course Boavist within 5 km Slightly further afoot are a range of golf courses, many of which are championship level - the famous Penina, Quinta do Lago and Vale da Lobo (Golden Triangle) courses are within a 45 minute drive.
- and for the Motorbike and car enthusiast we have the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve which is a brand new race circuit located only 15 minutes drive from Lagos. The circuit hosts Formula 1 testing, Moto-GP, A1-GP, Le- Mans and much more.
Entertainment and nightlife in the Western Algarve fits all tastes and preferences: there is a plethora of café terraces for calm enjoyment of the evening or dynamic discos to break the night with colour. Picturesque marinas and attractive bars and casinos offer all types of entertainment and enjoyment.

We are french and stayed 2 weeks at the apartement. First we wanted to say that jenny, the owner, as made everything to simplify our stay in Lagos!This very nice and new apartment is very close to the beach (10min), the center of the town(5min), and to the supermarket (down the street)! We were very pleased to see how spacious the apartment is and everything was done to make us have nice holidays! The sun shines on the terrace on the evening so you can eat outside; all the residence was very quiet. We wanted to recommand this place because it's the best situation to discover Lagos!There's nothing else to say!

From the moment we started booking this holiday I had a great feeling as the owners, Jenny and Peter, was so attentive and helpful with facilitating our journey and travel arrangements. We're a family of five (two adults and three children under ten) and the appartment was perfect. Spacious, tasetfully decorated and spotless it was a home from home. The children loved it and can't wait to go back. We used the free pool a lot and it was very east to get to the old town, beaches and local buses. As news spreads this is going to be a very difficult appartment to get hold of in the future as you just can't fault it in any way. Jenny and Peter were fantastic to deal with. Lovely people. Thanks for a great holiday and we'll be back!

This is a fantastic property. It is very spacious; centrally located and comes with everything you could possibly need.
We travelled with two young children and found that it was much larger than the photos suggested. It also had a wonderful balcony that overlooks the spacious pool area (which also has a little shallow pool for small people). Furthermore, there is a large green area with skate park, playground and cafe just across the road.
It is situated in a great place - just outside the old city walls and a 5 minute stroll to the centre of town. The best beaches in Lagos are a 10 - 15 minute walk away.
Finally, and most importantly, the apartment is beautifully designed and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It is clear that the owners of this property are thoughtful and have carefully considered every single detail (e.g. straw mats, buckets and spades, beach towels, umbrellas etc).
