This stunning penthouse is ideally located in the heart of Lagos and is only minutes away from the beach and marina. There is a local market open 6 days a week and is great for bargain hunting and large supermarkets, shops banks and restaurants.

The penthouse boasts a large wrap around balcony making it easy to follow the sun all day. The penthouse also has a very large living room with a dining area housing a table and chairs with seating for 4 people.The living room leads onto the large balcony and has a double sofa bed and relaxing chair with as flat screen TV and English satellite with Portuguese TV.

The penthouses complex has a lot to offer, it has 2 jacuzzis, one indoor and a large 6 man jacuzzi outside alongside one of the 2 pools.

The penthouse also has air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine, oven , hob, microwave and more. Leading off the living room is the family bathroom that has a jacuzzi bath and shower. The bedroom has twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes is bright large and airy.This penthouse offers a great deal to see and do on your holiday because of its location and is ideal for that luxury holiday.

The outside pool is great for the sunny days and you have a second pool inside which is heated alongside the sauna and fully fitted gym. These facilities are free to use and only for the guests staying on the complex and are open every day through out the year. The children get their own play ground situated outside in its own garden.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The Algarve has over 200kms of golden sandy beaches and the larger ones have lifeguard patrols through out the summer months. The beaches are free to use but there is a charge to hire sun loungers and parasols also most of the beaches have been awarded the blue flag of Europe for their cleanliness of the water and beach.

There are some of the beaches who offer all the water sports on such as jet skiing, para gliding, snorkelling and surfing. There are restaurants on most of the beaches serving excellent food fresh from the sea and typical Portuguese meat dishes and cold drinks all year. The Algarve has on average over 200 days a year sunshine with the temperature not dropping below the late 60c.

The Lagos / Central Lagos area

Lagos is one of the oldest cities in Portugal dating back to 2000 BC and is a walled city with its quaint houses and buildings. The city offers a wide range of entertainment from the typical Fado music (folklore music) performed in the central square nightly to the modern day live music in the bars and restaurants. Within the heart of Lagos and its cobbled streets is a vast array of restaurants from around the world all offering a very warm welcome to all.

The marina has daily boat trips for approved dolphin watching deep sea fishing or just cruising the Algarve coastline ,you can hire a sailing yacht with a crew or without on a daily rate. There is also several golf courses close to Lagos the most famous is Boavista where our clients get discounted golf .The Algarve is also known for its water parks open from march to October every year and have their own coach service to and from Lagos city. The city of Lagos has plenty to do and see while your on holiday.

“relaxing” We enjoy the location of Quintas Palmeiras in relation to Lagos. The apartment was clean and well equipped with all the basics for a two week holiday. Now under new management, the whole blocks outside and inside areas are also cleaned on a regular basis. It was very quiet and the weather lovely but only a short 10-15 minute stroll into the cosmopolitan centre of Lagos with its huge selection of restaurants, bars and entertainment.
