The apartment is located on the third floor of a Five storey building with a lift and As soon as you walk into the apartment you walk into a large open plan living room and dining room area with a compact but fully fitted kitchen on the left hand side.
There is a large terrace off the lounge area which also has access from the kitchen and has a table and chairs for that all important al fresco dining. The living room comes equipped with a TV and DVD/Stereo system and one of the sofas converts into a bed providing sleeping arrangements for 2 children or 1 adult (comfortably).

This apartment is brand new to the market and has a lot of added taste for your comfort.

The complex has great car parking space, It also has a great out door children's play area with sponge grounds,
There is also a children's pool on site.There is also a small cafe along side the complex which does anything from breakfast to a main evening meal.
Arrival time into the apartment is 3pm. Departure time is 11am unless other arrangements have been made through our agent.
A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A 150 euro refundable security/accidental damage deposit will be required and will be returned once property has been inspected and confirmed in order after stay.
The Algarve / West Algarve region
Lagos hosts a beautiful range of beaches which are easy to access by car or on foot. Batata Beach is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Praia Dona Ana (the most pictured beach in Europe) and Meia Preia are a 5 minute drive away. Alternatively Meia Preia can be accessed via a small ferry boat. the weather is at its best in June,July,& August.
The Lagos / Central Lagos area
The town is located on the edge of a superb bay and has five different beaches all within walking distance of the town centre, which is enclosed within 5th century walls. A modern and well equipped marina dominates the sea front and the town is now firmly positioned as a centre for tourists from all over the world.
For historians, there are some lovely churches to be explored, such as 'São Sebastião' (featuring 17th-18th century tiling) and the São João Hermitage (8th-9th century) as well as a regional museum and the old Governors' Palace

Airlines flying into Faro, Easy Jet, British airways, Monarch, Ryanair. There is also a train station in the centre of Faro which can take you into Lagos. Taxi are available from outside the airport terminal, car hire is required and can also be booked from the Airport arrivals section.

Everything went extremely well for us (partner and 11 yr old)
Booking was unusual given the short notice and the fact I was out of the country but it was handled without any fuss or problems.
The apartment really is superb; the photos are accurate but don't do it justice. It was spotlessly clean and ready for our arrival. It was easy to find given the excellent directions received. We were met within 5 minutes of arriving and calling and shown around properly.
The location is away from all the noise and bustle of this lovely town but still only a 10 minute walk from the marina and central square. There are plenty of services close by and a supermarket literally 2 minutes walk away. There are more than enough bars and restaurants within an easy walk to satisfy most people.
Beaches are reachable by foot but it can be a long hot slog in high summer!
We had been to Lagos in the past which is why we wanted to base ourselves in the town for this holiday. This apartment was the perfect choice.
Everything on the site is accurate. and I shall be rebooking at the earliest opportunity.
