This is a brand new two bedroom apartment in a new development near Porto de Mós. It has two bedrooms, both with two single beds, two bathrooms; one bathroom ensuite with a bath and the other with a shower. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge.The kitchen is bright and practical and is fully equipped with all mod cons: washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc. There is also a large terrace off the kitchen which catches the late afternoon sun making it ideal for eating al fresco.
The lounge/dining area looks out onto another terrace and the pool area as well as the magnificant seaview. The lounge has two comfortable leather sofas and a colour TV. It also has a music centre with ipod docking. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.
The terrace off the lounge has a private gate which leads directly onto the pool area making it an ideal choice for those families with young children as you are able to sit on the terrace and keep an eye on the children at all times, while still enjoying the view.
This apartment is only a short walk to Porto de Mós beach, a short 3-minute drive to the nearest golf course, Boavista and only a 7-minute drive into the centre of Lagos. There is also a parking space in an underground garage.

Both bedrooms can be treated as doubles or twin rooms. This is a high spec apartment with loads of wardrobe space and a well eqipped kitchen. With terraces front and back there will always be a chance to enjoy the sunshine.

The gardens are beautifully maintained and contain a swimming pool which is not heated also a jacuzzi.
You can lie round the pool or use the small private garden to lie or sit while looking out over the pool and sea beyond. To the rear there is aalso a substantial terrace

The Lagos / Porto de Mos area
Lagos is an old town in the Western Algarve. Its origins go back to 2000 B.C. It is a blend of old and new, from its cobbled streets to its stunning new marina. Enjoy views to the hills behind and the bay in front. Scan the coastlines, both east and west. In Lagos you will find something for every age group, for culture lovers - the castle, the museum, the slave market, the town walls and numerous churches. For beach lovers the sands are beautiful. The Meia Praia is 4 km long with bars and music. The stunning cove at Porto do Mos has golden sand with an interesting cliff rock behind and is only a 5 min walk from the apartment. Everywhere in Lagos there are bars and restaurants to suit all tastes with their huge range of cuisine. For younger visitors ther are music bars and clubs. The marina boasts its own shops and restaurants, some with music, some with sport to watch. There is a daily fish market which also sells fruit, veg and bread. On Saturdays there is also a small local market.
