A single storey property, with the three properties arranged around the swimming pool, all set in 4 acres.
Fully licenced with a total of 6 double bedrooms and 6 ensuite facilities under the Portuguese Alojamento Local qualification by Lagos Camara (Council)
Azeitona sleeping 6, Amendoa sleeping 4 and Limao sleeping 2 are well equipped and self contained with all bedrooms having private shaded terraces and en suite facilities. Azeitona and Amendoa can be rented individually however for larger groups Limao is available for rent when either Azeitona is booked or Azeitona and Amendoa are rented by the same party.
A large sunbathing terrace surrounds the solar heated 10 x 5 metre pool with uninterrupted views of the countryside.
The Mediterranean style garden has several secluded seating areas for privacy as well as the communal BBQ and large shaded dining area.

Set in 4 acres of grounds with fig, almond and olive trees, this is a really peaceful location for an "away from it all" holiday yet close enough to everything you need for a great holiday.
Ideal for parties wishing to holiday together, the villas are designed so individual groups still have their own space and privacy.
Each property has their own shaded terraces and the garden has secluded shaded seating as well as the large communal BBQ area.
Sun beds and mats are provided for around the pool and the private terraces.
A communal washing machine is available and there are ample drying facilities.

20% non refundable deposit and completed booking form required within 7 days to secure booking.
£200 refundable security deposit per property and balance required 8 weeks before holiday start date.

The Algarve / West Algarve region
The quieter western end of the Algarve boasts beautiful countryside and stunning beaches. A mixture of historic towns, timeless villages surrounded by orange groves and quaint fishing villages.
A visit to the west coast is a must to experience the dramatic cliffs and the lovely beaches frequented by surfers and beach lovers alike.
Sagres and its Fort are steeped in navigational history and the mountains of Monchique are famous for their views, walking and waters. Nearby the Autodromo at Portimao offers go-karting as well as an international motorsports circuit hosting major events during the year.
With golf courses on the doorstep, walking, cycling, horse-riding, surfing, watersports, water parks, fishing and boat trips all close by there is something for everyone.
The Lagos / Barao de Sao Joao area
The small picturesque village of Barao de Sao Joao is a 2km walk down the track to a handful of bars, restaurants, post office and a couple of shops to supply daily needs.
Excellent restaurants are also in the nearby village of Espiche. Praia du Luz ( 5mins by car) has 2 supermarkets, shops and a great variety of restaurants, many overlooking the beautiful bay and fantastic beach.
Lagos (10mins) has large supermarkets, bustling markets for fresh fish and vegetables, cafes and restaurants on cobbled streets, stunning cliff tops and beaches. The modern marina offers boat trips including sea fishing, dolphin watching, sailing charters and scenic viewing of the caves and grottos.
Quinta da Varzea Grande overlooks the immaculate fairways of the newly opened Espiche Golf course . There are also many other golf courses nearby with Boa Vista and Parque da Floresta only a few minutes drive away.

Our nearest airport is Faro, which is served by many low cost airlines, including Easyjet, Ryanair, Flybe, Monarch and British Airways from UK, Eire and European airports.
Many car hire companies, including all the major companies operate from the airport and can be pre-booked online. Car Hire can also be booked direct through us using a reputable local company. Details on request.
The villa is an easy drive on the A22 motorway or major road EN125. Travelling time is approx. 60 minutes.
