Luxury fully furnished two bedroom first floor apartment with large balcony and excellent sea views, serviced by stairs and a lift. The apartment benefits from air conditioning and has two bathrooms (one en-suite), fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa bed. Within the apartment there is also cable TV, dvd player, stereo, playstation 2 and plasma television. The apartment has its own secure parking area in the basement.
Marina Park is a new apartment complex located near the magnificent marina in Lagos. It is a wonderful environment for a family holiday, benefitting from 90 hectares of landscaped gardens, large communal swimming pool, children's pool, children's play area, two tennis courts and a pool side restaurant. There is an on-site reception office for assistance, free parking, a mini supermarket and 24 hour security . Lagos with its historic centre, shops, restaurants and marina are a 10 minute walk away. The beach is a 15 minute walk. There are four golf courses within a 15 minute drive of Lagos. Other nearby attractions include water parks, a large shopping complex and numerous other sporting facilities.

Lagos is situated in the unspoiled western Algarve, a 50 minute drive away from Faro Airport. Places of interest within the area include Portugal's West Coast National Park, with Cape St Vincent, the port of Sagre, Monchique with its famous spa, Portimao and Albufeira. There are also numerous beaches, golf courses and water parks in the area.
The Lagos / Marina Park area
Lagos is a typical Portugese fishing town with well developed amenities and a magnificent new Marina. The town has an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants. The town is surrounded by sandy beaches, including the famous Meia-Praia beach which stretches for almost 5 km. There are four great golf courses within a 15 minute drive of Lagos, including Palmares, Boa Vista, Parque de Floresta and Penina.

We have stayed in this appartment on a number of occasions and love it. The appartment is situated in Marina Park, which is a secure complex on the edge of Lagos. Our stays have always been in May/June and the Marina Park complex has been very quiet. We have always found the whole complex including the pool/restuarant area and grounds very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The appartment is very clean, well appointed, spacious and benefits from a large balcony. We always enjoy breakfast in the sun on the balcony. Lagos marina and town are a 5-10 minute walk from the appartment with a great choice of resturants/cafes/bistros, with something for everyones taste. The owners have always been very helpful and accomodating. Picking up the keys from their man in Lagos has always been easy. All in all a lovely appartment in a great location. This place was top top class and superb VFM. My wife and I plus 3 kids (14, 12 & 10) were extremely impressed. The location was great - nice little stroll to the marina (5 mins) and in a very nicely maintained development. Lovely gardens and a nice pool which was very well monitored. The development had a nice mix of owners, weekenders and renters (no lager louts or stage parties!!). The apartment is beautiful inside with a great kitchen/living area. Great balcony too. We genuinely think that there was nothing missing from the Apartment (utensils, PS3, DVD, washer/drier - even boogie boards and beach umbrellas!!!). Lagos is a great town - just the right side of locals and tourists. We had 2 great weeks there. The owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. Their Lagos contact was there when he said he would be and the whole getting keys/showing the ropes thing was a breeze. We definitely intend to return to Lagos and wouldn't dream of staying elsewhere (Stephen, Belfast) |

The rent includes meet and greet, cleaning before and after each visit, electricity, gas and all linen and towels (except beach and pool). Extra cleaning can be provided by direct arrangement and payment to our agent. For stays in excess of one week, mid-week cleaning, linen and towel change are provided.
Minimum stay - seven days
For the security of both parties, 20% of the holiday rental is due at the booking and is non-refundable. Final balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date. For bookings made less than 5 weeks prior to the holiday start date, 100% of the non-refundable holiday rental is due upon booking.
