Spacious modern lounge with dining area which is tastefully furnished. There are two leather sofas and occasional table. A full size glass dining table and chairs.

The apartment has 2 balconies the main being 40 sq metres complete with BBQ and provides sunbathing facilities all year round, excellent during the winter months.
The complex has a large communal area and gardens with a large swimming pool also a child's paddling pool. To accompany this there is also a children's play area with mini golf and a restaurant/cafe which is open all year round.
All sunbeds, umbrellas and tables are provided free of charge.
Entrance to the complex is gained by numeric key pads.
Car parking is available near the front door also underground for cool secure parking.

A reception is provided for 24 hour check-ins also 24 hour security for the comfort of guests,
20% deposit required at time of booking, remainder to paid in full, 8 weeks prior to arrival. For longer term Winter bookings please consult us. A security deposit of £200 will be required with the final payment. This will be returned within a week of departure from the property. Please note this deposit will not be used against any minor damage such as broken glassware or crockery.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

Ten minutes walk takes you over the river to Lagos Old Town which is enclosed within 5th century walls, Lagos is rich in historical buildings and Moorish architecture. It is packed with traditional and modern shops. On the narrow cobbled streets you will find cafes, restaurants and bars catering for all tastes.
With its relaxed atmosphere and quiet charm Lagos is one of the most appealing locations in the Algarve. At night the old town comes alive with open-air stalls, street entertainers and artists.

All budget airlines fly daily schedules to Faro from most UK airports. Lagos is around 80km from Faro Airport and be accessed directly by motorway taking approx. 45 mins.
The Lagos railway station is situated a few of minutes walk from the apartment but you need to get taxi from the airport to Faro railway station approx 7km.
Although car hire is not necessary as beach, marina and town are within easy walking distance, a car is recommended as there is so much to see and do in the Algarve.

Stayed here with two friends. Was comfortable accommodation with good facilities inside and out( dishwasher, washing machine etc) with a large balcony with a great built in barbecue. 10 minutes walk to huge beach, 10 minutes walk to the centre and 5 minutes to the marina with lots of bars and restaurants and excellent views. Or if you dont wanna go out there are two swimming pools in the complex, lots of sunbeds and a good restaurant.
I would highly recommend this apartment and lagos as a place to go on holiday. There are many things to do, from dolphin watching, fishing and kayaking to eating out, shopping and partying. Fantastic location and great value, will be back!!
