Built in 2006 this luxury apartment is furnished to a very high standard and provides excellent facilities .The accommodation includes living room with dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms one en-suite ,both bedrooms have flat screen satellite TV`s, separate bathroom. The apartment also has satellite TV in the lounge along with a DVD & CD and two balconies which are well equipped with outdoor furniture. The large heated pool (April to October) area includes a separate children's pool ,showers , changing area , sun loungers ,parasols and a snack bar.
The Golf facilities at Boavista include, 18 Hole Championship Course, golf academy, club & buggy hire, excellent practice facilities for both long and short game putting green driving range,and practice bunkers . Staying at our apartment entitles you to a 25% discount on green fees and 10% on other purchases including food and drink at the stylish club house and restaurant.. Additional resort activities include tennis, 5 a-side football and a children's play area making this a superb all-round destination ideal for couples, families and golfers.

Lagos / Boavista area
Lagos (pronounced la-goosh) is one of the few Algarve holiday resorts to maintain its status as a real town as well as a tourist destination. It is a fishing port and a market town first, a top holiday spot second. Lagos is a vibrant and exciting place to visit and has a varied nightlife with rock bars, a jazz club, lots of restaurants, classical concerts, and other activities for the full spectrum of tastes and age groups.
Lagos is also home to some of the best beaches on the western Algarve. Amongst these is the wonderful Meia Praia to the east of town. From the old town you can easily walk west to a number of tiny cove beaches, such as Praia do Pinhão, or the photogenic Praia de Dona.
The Beautiful beach resort of Praia da Luz is five minutes away with lots of facilities such as water sports, bars, cafes, small shops and restaurants. Just along from Luz are the beautiful villages of Burgau and Salima both offering good restaurants and excellent beaches.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Faro International. Boavista Golf Resort is approximately 50 minutes from the airport and is easily reached via the new motorway. Car Hire is recommended to get the most out of your holiday we would suggest you try economycarhire.com For cheap flights we would recommend easyjet.co.uk and for those of you in Kent we would suggest the newly appointed scheduled services from Manston International Airport to Faro.

The shared swimming pool area is accessed by a swipe card system and is secure but unsupervised. The main pool is approximately 30mL * 13mW and heated from April to Oct. 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. Late bookings require payment in full prior to departure. A damage deposit of £100 will be required when paying the balance. This will be returned within ten working days providing our agent has found everything to be in order on your departure. All major damage should be reported to our agents, Careways, immediately.
Conditions
The apartment has full air conditioning / heating. It is suitable for children and cots/ high chairs are available at an extra cost. There is an electronic security safe for the use of all guests. The apartment is cleaned, and the linen and towels changed once a week. . Linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). The apartment is protected by electric roller shutters to all windows, which in addition to keeping the property secure, also keeps the apartment cool during the day and ventilated during the night. Non-smoking only Pets are not allowed.
