About the home

With 180 panoramic views from the sea to the mountains behind the Villa, the balcony apartment is truly amazing. With your own private terrace you don't even need to walk the whole 20 yards to the pool, just take two steps out of the bedroom and bask in the Portuguese sun. Surprisingly spacious the balcony apartment has everything you need and is the most light and airy of all the apartments.

The large living room has windows on two sides and French doors to the patio. There is a dining table and two sofas as well as a traditional pine dresser. With the terrace waiting you'll probably not be spending to long inside. The Kitchen has all the amenities and the bathroom has a new shower to cool down after a day walking, by the beach or pool.The Double bedroom though is what makes the apartment so special. With windows on three sides it feels more like you're master all you survey than in a holiday villa. However long you stay the time spent in the balcony apartment will be relaxing, comfortable and memorable.

Casa Beachcomber is accessed through secure electronic gates with keypad. Private drive to ample car parking.
Large beautiful well planted mature garden with orange and lemon trees for shade near the pool. Lovely, well maintained lawn that used to be a bowling green. A purpose built barbecue , 5 person jacuzzi / hot tub under palm tree and a swing seat all near the pool.

Lagos is popular with holidaymakers from northern Portugal and so boasts a vast array of fantastic restaurants, interesting sights and stunning coastline and beaches. Sun worshippers will not be disappointed with the reliable Algarve weather bringing them the best to either relaxing in private by the villa’s large pool, or it’s a short walk to the longest beach in the area, Meia Praia. Those looking for sightseeing are in the middle of the best that the Algarve has to offer, yet renting an apartment in Beachcomber gives you a welcoming home to come back to each evening.

As from April 2011, there will be another 2 bedrooms apartment available for rent. Casa Beachcomber will have 6 apartments: three 2 bedroomd and three 1 bedroom apartments, sleep up to 20 people. Please contact us for details and rental.

Caretaker on duty during normal working hours and on call thereafter.
No life guard on duty. Parents must accompany children at all times in the vicinity of the pool.
Children under 10 years old are not permitted to use the Hot Tub.
Strictly no smoking in any of the apartments

Conditions

We require £100 depodit per apartment or 30% deposit for the whole villa to secure the booking.The deposit is fully refundable until 6 weeks before your arrival date in the event of cancellation. The balance for the rental is fully payable no later than 6 weeks before arrival date.

We require £300 deposit against damages for the whole villa booking. The deposit is payable on arrival and returnable on your departure. We accept cheques and bank transfers, full details will be given at the time of booking. Apartments will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival, check out time is 10am on day of departure.

The nearest airport is Faro approximately 75 kilometers - 50 minutes drive via motorway to Casa Beachcomber close to the town of Lagos. Cheap flights from Gatwick on Easy Jet, BA, Monarch, Air Lingus and Thompson.
Easy Jet from Stansted, Luton, Manchester, Exter and Dublin.
All major car hire car companies are represented at Faro Airport. Zit Auto is a cheap reliable and convenient.
