Home description
The villa is located at Lagonissi area just 5 min walk from the sea and nearby the Grand Resort of Lagonissi ideal for water sports. You and your family can still be close to the largest ports of Lavrio and Piraeus offering ferries to the islands and the sites in Athens and the mainland yet still to be away from the noise of the city.
At the moment we offer the ground floor of the villa composed of 3 bedrooms with double bed, a spacious living room, a dining room, an open fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room. At the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms and a spacious living room. A lovely garden surrounds the villa with BBQ area (fully equipped with dishes washing machine etc.) where you can have your breakfast, lunch and of course it is ideal for evening meals, enjoying the local wine in the moonlight and leave the children play in it.
The villa is ideal for families or for a holiday with friends.

The Attica region
Attica - the name given to the southern portion of the Greek peninsula which is home to Athens, the capital of Greece. Much of ancient Greek history took place in Attica, where Athens is located.
We can give you some tips on places you can visit such as:
- Acropolis, the holy rock of Athens, is a must-see! It’s the place where democracy was born and Plaka and the Ancient Agora are the places where the philosophers used to express themselves.
- The seaside town of Glifada, just 20 km away, is best known for its lively nightlife, cafes and many shops, which are visited by people from all over Athens.
- Cape Sounion, the most southern part of Attica 30 km from the villa, is known for its famous archaeological temple, stunning view and magical sunset.
Marathon, Delphi, Korinthos and many more, offer the prospect of fantastic day trips.
From the ports of Rafina, Lavrio and Piraeus, you can also enjoy day visits or cruises to many islands
Lagonissi area
Lagonissi is a seaside village in Attica province about 35 km southeast of Athens, called also “Athenian Riviera”.
Just 500m from the house there is the beach where you can enjoy your day swimming in clear water or basking in the sun. The closest organised sandy beach is 800m away, where you find beach bars, lounge chairs and umbrellas and also a lot of water sports. Plenty of nice beaches can be visited all along the coastline down to Cape Sounion.
There are many taverns and restaurants along the seaside offering fresh fish and local dishes until late. Only few kilometres away, Varkiza, Vouliagmeni, Glifada, await you for shopping trips or nightlife.
500 metres from the property, there is a bus stop from which an express bus departs every 30 minutes to Glifada and Athens city.
This area is very popular with well to do Athenians, many of whom have their holiday villas here, as the south part of Attica area is known for its mild and pleasant climate, both in summer and in winter.
How to get there
Fly to ATH (Athens International Airport) which is about 15 kilometers away from our villa - some 20 minutes drive. We will send you detailed information to guide you by road from the airport to Porto Rafti where we will meet you and take you to your rental accommodation. There are taxis available from the airport or we can arrange one for you.
Car hire is advisable to enjoy your holiday and explore the area.
