The Lombardy / Lake Como Area
Lake Como is surrounded by striking mountains,lying between Lugano and the alps 50 km from Milan. Como centre with its fantastic shopping, restaurants and lakeside walks only 15min away. Bellagio by boat or car is not to be missed.
This area of the lake is renowned for its public gardens(villa carlotta) and numerous villas, are all worth a visit. Menaggio has outdoor swimming pool complex, lovely 'piazza' for outdoor dining.
Cernobbio with various boutiques, bars and restaurants. Argegno (10 mins drive) with lakeside beach and numerous restaurants and bars, Milan( 40 min by train) for shopping and football Switzerland to visit the designer outlet, Lake Lugano, San Mortitz for skiing easily reachable. How to get there
Como is easily reaches by Milan's three main airports, Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo. Several flights each day from UK and Ireland by Aer Lingus, Ryan Air, Easy Jet, British Airways.
All major car hire companies are located at the airports and also in Como centre.
Trains from central Milan, Switzerland arrive at either of Como's two train stations.
Public bus service is regular to all areas on the lake. The lake side villages are also served by public ferry from Como to Menaggio and Bellagio, and all towns in between.

Further details indoors: This apartment has been stylishly appointed with every detail taken care to provide an unforgettable holiday on Lake Como. Through private gated entrance and surrounded by extensive gardens with stunning lake views from every angle.
Double sized reception room with large dining area leads to the stylishly designed kitchen, all mod cons, American fridge freezer, built-in coffee machine for those Italian espresso's! The open plan living room features luxury sofas, large flat screen television, satellite tv, dvd and music system. Dining area has seating for 8. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings!
The three double bedrooms sleep up to six guests. Two Double master bedrooms, twin bedroom with extra large twin beds. Both bathrooms have been designed and fitted to a very high standard, with power showers and stylish tiling in both.
Further details outdoors: The apartment is part of the newly built ' Villa Ulivi', which has been divided into only three apartments. The Villa is on a small private road just minutes from the lake and between the villages of Laglio and Carate Urio. This area of the lake is on the lower road from Como to Menaggio, directly running along side the lake.
The Villa has electric gate entrance with secure underground parking from where the three apartments can be accessed by lift. The gardens of over 3,000sqm have been landscaped and give a mature finish to the Villa. The three apartments share the large heated swimming pool, which has ample sun loungers, dining areas and plenty of children's toys. The pool is graduated from steps to allow children to enjoy the shallow end. There is also an outdoor shower. The gardens are extensive and each apartment has its own area.
The apartment also benefits from its own private terrace and balcony, which have outdoor furniture for dining 'al fresco'. This is a great property for several family members or friends to join up and have a great holiday!
Further details
Advance payment of 30% of the total due, if booking is made 60 days or more prior to the start of the rental. The total balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the rental.
If the reservation is made less than 60 days from the date of arrival, the entire amount is due immediately Payment is to be made by bank transfer.
450 euro damage/security refundable bond paid locally to agent in cash on arrival refunded on departure.
Final cleaning charge 140euros for paid locally on arrival.

Apartment can be booked in conjugation with the Penthouse, property 86005, for groups of friends or family to enjoy a holiday together.
