Stunningly beautiful villa, private pool set in landscaped gardens with lake only 50 meters away.
Villa Negri is a 'Belle Époque' villa which has been lovingly restored by Como craftsmen into a wonderful family home. Villa Negri has all modern facilities combined with period furniture to retain the elegance and atmosphere it has always commanded. The large pool and pergola for dining are set among landscaped gardens with views of the lake.

Entering the villa by the marble entrance hall leads to the Italianate lounge with decorated ceiling, chandliers, marble floor and open fireplace. The elegant dining room adjoins to the hand painted kitchen with granite work surface and all modern kitchen appliances, seating for 12 people. Most bedrooms have lake views, all decorated with designer fabrics, air conditioned with flat screen satelitte TV. Three en-suite bathrooms and additional family shower room. Maid service 2 hours daily. All linen and towels included. Additional sevices, trips, chef, babysitting, chauffeur etc available by English manager

The garden, parking area and pool are completely private.
There is private secure parking for up to 5 cars on the property.
The pool is situated in the magnificent garden, which is on a higher level than the villa and offers tranquillity and wonderful lake views.
There is dining area, just outside the kitchen, with a small B-B-Q, here you will be able to dine in the shade of the century old trees.
By the pool, there is another dining area, with BAR-B-Q for more dining.

- The price of rental is all inclusive, there are no final cleaning charges or utilities.
- We ask for 30% to be paid on booking and the remaining amount no later than 8 weeks before your arrival.
- If you decide to book, you will receive our rental agreement with the bank details for payment, plus information on the area and any advice or additional services booked during or prior to arrival

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region

Lake Como, surrounded by mountains, hills valleys and cities of art, has much to offer. It is situated in one of the most economically and industrially important regions (Lombardy) in Northern Italy, nestled between Lake Maggiore and Lake Garda, right on the Swiss boarder, framed by the majesty of the Alps, where different cultures have merged over the centuries to form it’s unique and inimitable charm. We enjoy a varied climate, generally snowy winters, mild springs and warm summers, but being near the water, never too hot and then we have our mountains to escape to just in case.

The Laglio area

While spending a holiday on Lake Como, you will have the chance to see much more than you would expect.
You could explore its breathtaking surroundings, beautiful villas and picturesque villages…
You could compare it with the less well known but far from less beautiful Lake Orta and Lake Lugano…
You could visit the nearby cities, full of history and culture, such as Milan, Bergamo and of course Como the capital city of the Lake, just to mention a few…

You could slip into Switzerland and pay a visit to Campione D’Italia and its casino, or travel a little further and enjoy the nature in one of the jet-set ski resorts such as St. Moritz. A trip into the northern mountains to try the local wine and enjoy a ride on the 'glacier express' train which is always a thrilling experience, winter or summer.

Flights from into Malpensa and Linate,and Bergamo, Orio al Serio, all very convenient for Lake Como.
Travel time is 30 minutes - 1 hour, depending on which airport and time of day.
The nearest train station is in Como, 15 minutes drive away.
We can offer you a chauffeur service from your airport or train station of arrival.
The local bus stops about 1 minute away from the villa.
