The apartment has been lovingly appointed with wonderful lake views inside or out.
The living room features a spacious, luxury sofa, dining for 4 guests plus widescreen tv or just sit back and take in the lake view from the living room or soak up the sun on your private balcony or garden.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests, two bedrooms with ample wardrobe space (double and twin)
Both bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite from the master double bedroom, have been designed to an excellent standard with quality tiles. One offers a contemporary shower and the other a bathroom suite.Choose from a relaxing candlelit bath of an evening time or invigorating power shower of a morning time!
The kitchen has been stylishly designed and boasts every mod con including dishwasher and washing machine. Internet wifi available on request.

Conditions
There are some steps to the apartment from the lake road, approximately 2 minutes walk which may deem the property unsuitable for elderly or infirm clients. The apartment itself is on one level.
Communal parking at bottom of steps from apartment plus secure private garage in village.
The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region
On the lake, tranquil or mountain walks. The area is situated within Lombardy home also to Milan the fashion capitol of the world, Bergamo with its majestic squares & medieval churches & Monza for grand prix lovers! However if you are searching for something more serene ,Lake Como is a haven for tranquility.For years young & old have visited Lake Como and returned home refreshed, ivorigated and bewitched by its unparallelled beauty. Explore wonderful villas and idyllic monasteries. Relax on one the lidos or shingle beaches dotted around the lake or spoil yourself with the very latest in italian designer fashion!
Football in Milan (1 hr drive or available by public transport) AC Milan and Inter Milan.
Switzerland (20 mins to border) home of Fox town for cut price designer fashion, Lake Lugano and San Moritz for memorable drives and skiing! For customers wishing to take in a little more of Italy, liguria, Lake Garda are only a couple of hours away. Locally cookery and art lessons, boat hire and wine tasting are all readily available.

The Laglio area
The apartment is based in the heart of Laglio close to the lake enjoying wonderful panoramic lake views.
The village enjoys an enviable location on the lower western shore of the lake situated just 10 minutes drive from Como City and only 45 minutes drive from Malpensa airport in Milan.
Laglio is renowned for its tranquil atmosphere, being one of the few villages here situated off the main lake road with the quieter lower lake road given you access around the lake as well as the ferry and bus service.
The apartment is surrounded by period villas some of which are frequented by local, wealthy milanese (on the weekend) and the lakes most famous resident,Geoge Clooney who owns the Villa Oleandra seen from your home and just a 5 minutes walk! The village benefits from a number of first class restaurants, bars frequented by the villagers,local stores inc mini markets (fresh bread and pasta), salumeria (fresh local meats) heralding a by gone age! The pace of life is virtually at a stand still and provides the perfect desitnation to re-charge one's batteries. Add to the mix pretty walks with breathtaking lake views and Laglio will no doubt delight and relax you with the slow, simplistic lifestyle in equal measure. A shingle beach is available within walking distance of the apartment here in the village of laglio.The upmarket village of Cernobbio is only a short drive away with various boutiques, bars and restaurants. A shingle beach can be found in Argegno (10 mins drive), golden sand man-made beach (20 mins drive), Milan (for shopping and football) 45 mins, Golf in Como (20 mins), Switzerland (designer outlet, Lake Lugano, san Mortitz) are all easily reachable from your home as the swiss boarder is only 20 mins by car.
Villa D'este, one of the most regal and picturesque hotels in europe is just a short drive away which makes for a magical setting for high class dining whilst the Gato Nero restaurant, a favourite celebrity haunt, perched above Cernobbio is renowned for it's truffle risotto as well as stylish interior and breathtaking lake views.
