About the home

A beautifully furnished, luxury two bedroom apartment with its own private garden. The apartment features a large double bedroom plus a second double bedroom furnished with a double or twin beds. The handmade kitchen, with granite worktops, includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, gas hob and toaster. The adjoining lounge area offers beautiful views out onto the lake, with French doors leading directly onto the private garden. The lounge is fully equipped with a 32 inch flat screen TV, Sky TV, plus a DVD Hifi with a USB port. As well as a comfortable corner sofa, the lounge also has a dining area and seating for 4-6 people.

The garden is the largest of any apartment in Regina Residence and it also has the added advantage of a south, east and west facing corner position, so not only are there beautiful views of the lake, it faces the sun from dawn to dusk! It also comes complete with a beautiful teak table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region

Lake Como offers hidden treasures just waiting for the visitor to discover them: charming corners forgotten by time, lakeside villages where nothing seems to have changed for centuries. It is steeped in history with an immense collection of churches, architectural masterpieces and works of art covering the centuries. The lake is situated in a basin surrounded by wooded mountains, and offers an extremely varied landscape, with its' shores featuring a succession of pastures, and woods as well as harsh and impressive rock formations. All this alongside elegant, lakeside villas with sub-tropical gardens, which provide a haven of peace and tranquillity and chic resorts such as Bellagio, Menaggio and Como itself.

The Laglio area

Laglio, situated on the western shore and is one of the most beautiful villages on Lake Como.
The village itself has a bar, several restaurants and shops, including a post office and deli. Further restaurants and shops are situated about 8 kms away in Cernobbio, with the larger town of Como being approximately 14 kms south.

Laglio also has the added advantage of being one of only four villages that benefit from being situated directly on the lake road, avoiding almost all traffic travelling up and down the lake on the main bypass road.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis. (Please check Service Charge costs at time of enquiry)

Additional Extras

We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.

Making a Booking

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
