Our home is a 3,500 square foot residence with 3 bedrooms , located a 10 minute walk from Kamalaya Wellness retreat and the beach. A magical entrance of stone steps takes you to a bridge and across to the large living area and wide spacious veranda overlooking the sea. Magnificent vistas, shimmering sea, distant islands, panoramic blue skies and glorious sunsets.
This is a luxurious home with a sense of magic and mystique. It connects owners and guests to the healing powers of nature, tranquility & visual calm

The main villa consists of a spacious living area, kitchen, pantry and laundry room, high ceilings with open architecture design, shaded large verandah all around with outdoor alfresco lounge & dining all located on the upper floor with magnificent ocean views. Wonderful sense of space .
The lower level, consist of a private air conditioned guest suite with attached spa bathroom ,its own verandah with ocean view and a sun deck for sun lover.. A study/TV room and a powder room complete the lower foyer area.
The living room, dining & kitchen are on the first level as you enter the villa via a bridge. The first thing that takes your breath away upon entering is the unforgettable wide sea view with distant islands and luxuriant gardens on three sides. There are folding & sliding wooden doors on all sides of the living room, opening out on to a wide verandah all in white terrazzo with wooden pillars .Magnificent ocean views .Outdoor dining or just relaxing. Comfortable furniture's to chill out. Having a drink on the verandah, watching the beautiful sunsets is one of the pleasures of this home. It is cooled by cross-ventilation and gentle sea breezes most of the year.
The kitchen is very spacious and open with a large two-door fridge and equipped with modern appliances and cookware.
The Master Bedroom is a spacious separate cottage from the main house surrounded by a large private wooden decking, overlooking the ocean and nature. It is conveniently linked to the main house by large wooden steps. It features a large comfortable king size bed, two large mirrored wardrobes, a semi enclosed spa bathroom with a large indoor romantic terrazzo bath. The open, private shower area is spacious, and is a perfect place to unwind. Ultimate privacy is ensured. Chic Asian-style interior with wonderful high ceilings, large sliding doors and insect screens, Air con and fan allow a fresh breeze at all times.
The two Guest Suites (called Frangipani suite) and Garden palm Suite are located in the main villa on the lower level. You descend lovely wooden steps to an inner garden and welcoming foyer. The guest bedrooms are very romantic with a fresh Asian-style interior design. It features a large antique Burmese bed , mirrored wardrobes, fridge , TV/videos, vanity with multiple other amenities .There is a nice, warm inviting feeling to these rooms as they open onto the most beautiful terrace facing amazing ocean views and large open space with towering coconut trees & Frangipani trees .The en-suite outdoor bathrooms, shower are tastefully decorated and intertwined with the rocks and nature.

Nagalaya Estate: has a large swimming pool set in a lush garden with a yoga pavilion, clubhouse and changing rooms. Guests enjoy this area as a place to socialize, relax or attend yoga classes.
A hike above leads to a granite peak, the remnant of an ancient mountain range submerged by the sea lies at the center of the estate. With special viewing areas you can enjoy the panorama of the central forest covered hills of Samui, the coastal coconut palm groves and the Gulf of Siam.
Residents & guests can enjoy the facilities of Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary for massages & spa treatments or detox programs. This adjoining resort won the Spa Asia Crystal Award as the best Wellness Retreat. Kamalaya also has an excellent & diverse menu.

Initial Deposit – An initial deposit of 50% of the rental must be paid to confirm a booking. Reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the deposit.
Balance payment – Payment of the outstanding balance is due 30 days before the arrival date.
Exclusions & Additional Charges – Rates do not include: baggage handling, gratuities, telephone, fax charges, car rental , food, soft drinks and/or liquor, personal items,and expenses,laundry .. All above charges are payable by the Guest.

Guest should note check-in time is from 3.00 pm on the date of arrival & check-out time is on the date of departure prior to 12:00 noon. Prior bookings permitting, we can adjust these times.

How to get here
Koh Samui is easily accessible. There are direct daily flights to Samui airport from Bangkok, Singapore and Hong Kong and also ferry services from Suratthani. The most common way is to book a ticket in your country to Bangkok International Airport also known as Suvarnabhumi Airport.
Arriving in Bangkok, you may stop-over for some days for shopping or exploring Bangkok.
You will have several ways to travel from Bangkok to Koh Samui:

Frangipani Suite, located on the southern tip of Koh Samui, Thailand a top a small hill overlooking the sea, was a delight. Each night, wrapped in soft sheets with the breeze coming in the room, I fell asleep to the sounds of the jungle or the tropical rain. Each morning I woke to see, from the foot of my bed, the ocean and Koh Samui's coast line. The proprietors -- Patrick and Frederique, have designed and executed an architecturally delightful house and had the good will to include a secluded, private suite overlooking their hillside garden and the ocean. I walked in the garden each day and marveled at the amazing plants and creatures. Glistening green everywhere. Frangipani Suite is tucked away from the crush and bustle of the touristic machine further north and for my taste, that was a treat. For a whole week I wrapped myself in a luxury villa setting--pool included, pristine nature, and experienced the verdant and luscious life Thailand has to offer, if you know where to look for it. The suite is a large bedroom with floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean, a private spa inspired bath, continental breakfasts made of fresh, healthy foods, and a private patio to marvel at the surroundings, which all combined helped me to rest and revel. The bedroom includes a small fridge, a bevy of local, insider tips and directions that Frederique and Patrick have provided for guests, and for the few nights I was just too tired to move a muscle (the whole point of vacation), they provided an excellent supply of DVDs to choose from. Lamai is only a ten to fifteen minute car ride away from Frangipani if you decide you need a little bump and grind. Closer by, just a few minutes outside Frangipani's hillside estate setting are easily reached, tucked away, charming restaurants and beaches, not to mention world class spas and yoga retreats if that is your thing. Skip the hotel and go for a really delightful, unspoiled tropical paradise. Book Frangipani. |

Live in a comfortable scenic villa on the hills. The treck to the villa is the only downside as you have to walk unless you have a four wheal drive or someone to pick you up. The view is outstanding and the service and personal approach is unique. A relaxing and laid back experience for couples and single travellers alike. |
