Beautiful, spacious, 3 bedroom, Spanish Style House in a small, very quiet urbanisation just minutes walk from the blue flag beaches, superb supermarket, restaurants and bars. The house faces the sun and overlooks the large communal pool. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated with Spanish tiles throughout. Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge with patio doors leading on to the terrace. There is a lounge with two sofas and a dining area. There is satellite TV and a radio cassette and CD player. The fully fitted modern kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. Up the stairs on the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, a twin and a double with a sunny balcony overlooking the pool. There is also a family bathroom with shower. On the top floor there is a twin bedded room with a very large balcony that has views over the pool and to the sea. There are fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms and a further guest bed or cot available allowing 7 people to sleep comfortably.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The region is blessed with one of the best climates in the world. Boasting over 320 days of sunshine a year, the temperature in winter rarely falls below 17 degrees. In the summer months the average temperature is 30-32 degrees. There are numerous golden, sandy beaches all along this streach of coastline which coupled with the clear blue skies attracts holiday makers back year after year. Local towns that are well worth a visit are Torrevieja, Murcia, Elche and Orihuela. If you travel north Alicante is a fascinating place to visit and a bit further on is the Terra Mittica theme park at Benidorm.
La Zenia area
There are a number of blue flag sandy beaches less than a 10 minute stroll from the house where you can hire sun beds and have snacks or a drink fom the beach bars which are open from the beginning of April to the end of October. All ages are catered for in this area with a wide variety of water sports, tennis courts, 3 championship golf courses and go karts among the recreational activities available. A water park is also open during the summer months. There is a selection of restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk from the house and if you like your evening to extend into the small hours there are a number of night clubs a short taxi ride away. There is also a huge selection of restaurants and bars a very short taxi ride from the house.
How to get there
Fly to either Alicante or Murcia airports. Alicante is 45 minutes away from the house by car and Murcia is20 minutes away. Transport to the house from either airport can easily be arranged @ 40 euros each way from Alicante or 25 euros each way from Murcia. Further details outdoors: The swimming pool is rarely used by the other residents and in our experience you will find that you will have it to yourselves most of the time. Even in August it is quiet in the morning usually has a few people in the pool between 11 and 2 and is then quiet again for the rest of the afternoon.
