The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca and Costa Calida are situated on Spain's south east coast, belonging to Alicante province. We have two airports. Alicante is the largest and handles flights from all over Europe and the UK. You can visit us in just over 2 hours. The city and airport of Alicante are situated about 45 minutes drive north of our offices at Playa Golf near Villa-Martin and one of the largest towns along the Costa Blanca Coast.
The area has welcomed visitors now for many years of which many have decided to make the area their home. From Guadamar 15 km south of Alicante with its superb beaches and night market .The town is very Spanish in feel and the side streets hide some excellent value restaurants catering for every budget.
Its Castle ruins and watchtower are also worth a visit. The next major stop on the coast is the cosmopolitan and Spanish holiday resort of Torrevieja the small fishing village, which in the last 25-30 years has grown to a large vibrant town, it is now visited and lived in by people from all 4 corners of Europe.
La Zenia / La Zenia Centre area
Located between the towns of Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca is the beautiful Costa Blanca resort of La Zenia. Situated in a district known as the Orihuela Costa, La Zenia is a popular and desirable holiday location.
La Zenia boasts a couple of excellent beaches, Cala Bosque and Cala Cerrada and is also close to some other superb beaches at Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca, both beaches have ‘blue flag’ status and are well cared for and maintained. Another great feature is the picturesque cliff walk to Cabo Roig, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea towards the sports resort of La Manga. Work is currently being done at various points along the coast to extend and improve the promenade and cliff walk so that eventually visitors will be able to enjoy walking all the way from Campoamor to Torrevieja, a new marina is also planned at Torrevieja. La Zenia currently has a good range of shops, bars and restaurants and a new commercial centre being developed close to the motorway junction, will greatly improve the range of facilities available for visitors to the area.
Also close by is the Go-Kart track at Punta Prima, a great place to take the kids for an hour or two, there are even mini-karts and mini-quads for young children.
La Zenia is located on the N332 coastal road between Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca and has its own exit from the AP-7 motorway (763), it is easily reached from both Murcia and Alicante airports being around 20 minutes from Murcia airport by car and 45 minutes from Alicante.
How to get there
The two airports that you can fly into for Casa Zenia are Alicante 40 Minutes (ALC) and Murcia 20 Minutes (MJV), use www.skyscanner.net which is a low cost airline search engine.

Further details indoors: This is a wonderful three bed, two bath large quad house situated a 5 minute walk from the blue flag beach of La Zenia and less than a minutes walk from probably the most well known commercial centre of La Zenia. It has good sized garden gardens to the front and the side, which are secured by lockable gates.
The Urbanisation is gated and also secure. The house is well furnished with a lounge, dining area and fully fitted independent kitchen. All of the windows have the Spanish wooden shutters, hence keeping it warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has a north facing balcony so excellent for sun in the mornings. There is a popular supermarket less than a minutes walk away. In all, this house is excellent, in a desirable position and very close to the beach

Prices are per week, not per person
1.Booking made within 8 weeks of arrival require full payment using bank transfer into our UK account, however should you need to move funds about a small non refundable deposit is available to secure your booking. Booking out of 8 weeks require a non refundable deposit of 20%.
2. We require a refundable breakage deposit of £100 paid with the balance, this will be refunded into your UK bank account as soon as we have checked the property.
3. A cleaning fee is payable of €56, this can be taken out of your breakage deposit.
4. We allow arrivals any day of the week, entry time into the villa is flexible depending on when the previous guest have left. Late checkouts are available subject to new guests arriving etc, please contact.
5. Unlimited use of air con portable unit Free
6. Booking are taken on a first come first serve basis.
7. We have only just advertised our villa on Holiday Lettings, please call for late availability prices?

We are a fully legal Estate and Letting agent based in Villamartin, Alicante. We are the largest Letting agent on the Costa Blanca South with over 400 properties available for Long and Short Term Lettings.
We do have a HSBC UK account that you can transfer funds into.
All of our properties have health and safety checks on a regular basis and unless specified are child friendly. However should you have a problem whilst in resort we do have a full maintenance team and support staff at hand 24 hours per day
We also have two 8 seat mini buses with drivers at your disposal if you are not hiring a car whilst here. A local return journey cost just €40, this price is for the coach not per person.
We can pick you up from either Alicante or Murcia Airport; this service is offered 24 hours per day at very reasonable prices.
