Home description

The house is a ten minute walk from La Zenia Beach. In a quiet area, but also benefits from having bars and restaurants only a ten minute walk away at Cabo Roig. The nearest town is Torrevieja, a 15 minute drive away which caters for people of all ages. There are numerous small towns surrounding La Zenia for you to explore.

The house has a shared pool outside the front door with a section for the baby pool. You can also overlook the pool from the upstairs balcony which can be accessed from the master bedroom.

Downstairs to the front of the house is a patio area with table and chairs. The house consists of one double bedroom and a twin bedroom there is also a sofa bed in the living area which sleeps two people. Ideal for families, couples and groups of friends with plenty to do in the surrounding area.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Benidorm is an hours drive, Alicante is a bit closer. Bars and restaurants are only 10 minutes away. Go karting is a 15 minute walk. A blue flag beach at La Zenia is just across the road where you can partake in a variety of watersports alongside the beach bars and restaurant at La Zenia Hotel. Golf courses are a fifteen minute drive from the house everything you need is nearby.

Places to visit - the Cathedral in Torrevieja Square is a must for everyone, then theres a daily market and fun fair in Torrevieja and great shopping in Torrevieja Town Centre with alot of familiar high street and local brands. Theres also a local harbour surrounded by cafes and bars with a waterpark just outside the town centre

Welcome pack available bread milk etc someone to meet you with the keys. Towels and bed linen provided.

Conditions

20% non refundable deposit payable at the time of booking balance to be paid eight weeks before arrival any other holidays booked at shorter notice would be paid at time of booking. A security deposit of 100 euros is required on arrival - this deposit will be refunded on departure when the keys are returned & upon inspection of the property (please leave the house as you found it). No pets please - Smoking outside only. A laundry and cleaning fee of £50 will be added to the total booking.
