Here there are jet-ski’s, a banana boat and pedalo’s to hire in the summer months, as well as the usual 'bars on the beach' The apartment is also in very easy walking distance of all local amenities: bars, restaurants, shops, banks and chemists. A car is not required. For those who hire a car an underground secure garage can be provided free of charge.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The southern Costa Blanca or White Coast as the name means, has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. The golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas are 10 minutes by car and La Finca (Algorfa) is about 20kms away The numerous blue flag beaches and local conservation areas such as Laguna de Torrevieja, Laguna de La Mata & Dunas de Guardamar are all close by. The Mar Menor is only about 20 minutes away by car and the theme park, Terra Mitica is less than an hour away. The area also is home to some fantastic birdlife including pink flamingos.
