This cosy first floor apartment consists of two light and airy twin bedded rooms . The purpose built complex is situated in the heart of La Zenia providing access to all local amenities. Perfectly located for a beach holiday , the white sandy beach at La Zenia is only a five minute stroll plus a number of sheltered coves in a southerly direction along the coast. For those of you who prefer poolside the complex offers a spacious solar heated pool for residential use only where you may soak up the sun on the ample terrace.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Costa Blanca (Spanish for "White Coast") is a true description of the fine sandy beaches found in this beautiful part of Southern Spain. Alicante town is at the Southern end of the Community of Valencia and is easily accessible by road, rail and air making it one of the most visited parts of Spain in recent years.

The area boasts 350 days of sunshine and even in the winter months the temperature is warm and temperate.A feast of historical sites to be visited including the mountain lakeside historical village of Guadalest, Museums in Elche displaying Roman artefacts, Santa Barbara Castle in Alicante- the list is endless

La Zenia / La Zenia Centre area

Over the past 10 years La Zenia has developed into a multinational centre host to thousands of visitors all year round The location is perfect for all holiday themes - There are local markets in close proximity everyday of the week. A number of shopping centres and visits to shoe factories offering value for money leather goods.

Throughout the summer period from Easter until the end of September , at least one village per week has a local fiesta not forgetting to mention the "Moors and Christians" which is a spectacular on going event.

There are 3 aquaparks and the theme parks at Benidorm Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia are open all year round. Golf is also extremely popular.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a roomy balcony leading off the patio door in the lounge area where you may enjoy al fresco dining. There is a full bathroom with bath/shower washbasin and toilet. A compact yet well equipped kitchen with all the electrical appliances and white goods necessary for a self catering break.

The twin bedded rooms have fitted wardrobes and heating is provided for the winter and cool ventilation for the summer

Further details outdoors:
Across the quiet road from the apartment there are various continental style eateries and bars providing a variety of local dishes as well as international cuisine. Many of the restaurants offer excellent value "all day" English breakfast, menu of the day and evening meal.

If you want a break form the sun you can visit the shops and commercial centres that are all easily accessible.
There is a local company that offers day sightseeing trips to Benidorm, Altea and surrounding areas. Details on request.

There are internet facilities in the centre next to the supermarket

The property is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons ( travel cot available on request but linen not provided)
Linen and towels supplied. Available for short breaks , weekly and long term.
For short lets payment is required in full prior to arrival preferably by bank transfer.
For long term please contact me directly for tariff. One months rent in advance plus returnable holding deposit. Further payment may be made to our on site agent on due date
Credit card payment may be made to our on site representative who will hand over the keys
