It has become the favourite destination for European and worldwide tourists who look for first-class accommodation. Its wonderful beaches, together with its excellent infrastructure, made up of 3 golf courses - Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor - and its good roads have turned this Residential Area into a great location.
La Zenia / Dehesa de Campoamor area
The house is a short distance walk from the championship Villamartin golf course. Real club golf Campoamor and Las Ramblas are just a 5 minute drive away. Other courses within easy driving distance are La Finca and the world renowned golf resort at La Manga. All clubs offer hire facilities for golf clubs, buggies etc. NOTE: Handicap cards are required to play at these courses.
Alicante is approx 45 minute drive away. In the community you will find a small supermarket (ALDI) bank and a number of restaurants. There are larger supermarkets, restaurants, shops in La Zenia and Cabo Roig within a few minutes by car. In the surrounding area there are many traditional street markets. Kids young & old can enjoy the 2 water parks located in the area, Aquapolis at Torrevieja is the most popular & a smaller water park at Quesada. If you still want more excitement the house is a 10 minute drive from a go-carting track which offers adult & child facilities.
The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive, here you will find an abundance of culture & entertainment. There are several beaches in La Zenia and Campoamor within a 5 minute drive from the property all of which have beautiful white sandy beaches with amenities.

Further details indoors: The house benefits from a communal pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. The house is privately owned and has three floors. On the ground floor is the Lounge with a comfortable Bed Sofa. There is a TV with English channels and Sky, DVD and Hi- Fi system in the living room area. The Ground floor also has a dining area and a separate American style kitchen with Oven, Fridge Freezer, Ceramic Hob and Automatic Washing Machine.
There is a sun patio with a separate drive for parking. Last but not least is a downstairs bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, one double and a twin bedroom with a large bathroom. The master bedroom has its own sun terrace (ideal for breakfast). The third floor has access from inside the house and leads to a large sun deck with loungers and with sea views during the day and stars at night
Further details outdoors: Included in the price is a small Renault Clio for your use. The house has access to a communal pool. The pool area has a security coded gate entry system (details available at the property) for residents/clients use only.
