La Zenia is a pretty coastal town with good access to both the N332 coastal road and the Alicante/Cartagena motorway. The villa is situated within 10 minutes walk of three excellent Blue Flag beaches. On the walk down to La Zenia's own beach you will pass "Orihuela Costa Resort" with its large outdoor pool, sunbeds, snack bar, first class restaurant and bar, all lying within beautiful lanscaped gardens. A large, well stocked supermarket is within 2 minutes walk of the property. A wide range of good restaurants and bars are also within walking distance of the property in both La Zenia and Cabo Roig. Villamartin, approximately 5 minutes drive inland has the very popular Villamartin Plaza with its wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops catering for every possible taste & occassion.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

La Zenia is just 40 mins drive from the beautiful & historic city of Alicante with its old quarter and many excellent shops & restaurants. 10 minutes drive North along the N332 is the bustling town of Torrevieja with its white sandy beaches, extensive sea front promenade hosting many excellent bars & restaurants. The town boasts a lively working port & marina. Also within easy driving distance are the ancient & historic cities of Murcia, Orhuela & Cartagena, all of which are well worth a visit.

On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one double, one twin both with built in wardrobes The main bathroom, comprising his & her sinks, toilet & jacuzzi bath with shower is positioned between these two bedrooms. Both rooms on this floor have access to the wrap around balcony. The light & airy top floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room & built in wardrobes has its own large terrace with sunbeds. Within easy walking distance of the villa are many top class restaurants and bars whilst a short taxi ride away you have the Villamartin complex with over 30 different restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Torrevieja town, with its array of restaurants, bars, shops, marina and promanade is easily accessible by car bus or taxi.
