About the home

Beautifully appointed Living Room comprises 2 black leather large two seater settees, coffee table, TV with english Digital Channels, CD/Cassette Player and dining table and chairs. At the front of the house can be found a large patio with planting, table, 8 chairs and large umbrella perfect for outdoor dining.

The Kitchen is well equipped and includes cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Off the kitchen can be found a further patio with patio furniture leading to a utility/shower room with washing machine, shower, sink and toilet.

The first floor has two twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes which are serviced by the main bathroom comprising 2 sinks, toilet and jacuzzi bath with shower. Both bedrooms have access to a patio.

On the second floor can be found an extensive main bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, double sofa bed and en suite shower room. This bedroom has its own large terrace with table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers with comfortable cushions.

There is also a travel cot available to take the availability to 8 adults/children and 1 baby/small child.

The house has a burglar alarm, hot and cold air conditioning, grills to windows and doors, roll down shutters to the windows and marble floors throughout.

The development has its own swimming pool with lifeguard during summer months and lots of pretty planting to many of the communal areas.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Situated 30 minutes drive south from the cosmopolitan city of Alicante with its many excellent shops and restaurants.

10 minutes drive away is Torrevieja with its excellent beach, extensive seafront promenade and bustling with shops and restaurants many with sea views.

The Aquapolis Water Park can be found just on the outskirts of Torrevieja.

North of Alicante can be found the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Towards Valencia can be found the picturesque areas of Denia and Javea.

Drive south to the golfers paradise of La Manga or to Cartegena.

The area has all year round sun and is ideal for a long summer break or short winter break for both sunworshippers and golfers alike.

The La Zenia area

La Zenia is a pretty coastal town which has very good access to both the coastal road and motorway.

The house is situated within 10 minutes walking distance of many excellient beaches, La Zenia's bue flag beach with beach bar serving drinks and snacks. 5 minutes walk from the house is the Orihuela Costa Resort with a large outdoor pool, sunbeds and snack bar. The Resort also has a first class recommended restaurant suitable for evening dining.

In walking distance (5 minutes) there are three well stocked Supermarkets.

Many restaurants serving a variety of cuisine and bars can be found within walking distance of the house.

For the sports fans who want to keep up with football or any other sporting activities try Gogarty's or Paddy's Point only a couple of minutes walk from the house and with a big screen for watching outside in the sunshine.

An alternative venue for restaurants and bars is Cabo Roig strip which is a short walk or taxi ride away.

Villa Martin approximately 5 minutes drive away has the Villa Martin Plaza with its array of bars and restaurants catering for every for every taste.

There are three challenging golf courses within 10 minutes drive of the house, Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Brisas.

Dog and Bone Internet Cafe 3 minutes walk from the house.

“Excellent property in an ideal location” I rented this property for a week for five of us on a golfing break. I have been to the area before so I knew the owners description of La Zenia was accurate and I am pleased to say that the property did not disappoint us. It is situated within an easy walk to the local supermarket and bars but far enough away to remain peaceful in the evening. It was spotless on our arrival and the owner had arranged for a few essentials to be left in the fridge for us free of charge! The keyholders were on hand to show us around and were very friendly and helpful. I also used them for our transfers back to the airport, which went very smoothly and was cheaper than a taxi. This is a great property that is a 15 minute walk to a lovely beech. The owner was very easy to contact during the booking and she was very co-operative when I altered my booking at the last minute. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and I expect to use it again in the future.

“beautiful house, everything you need is there, very friendly and secure” A massive thank you Lorraine from all of us we had a superb holiday!! when we arrived at the airport Steve was already there to take us to the house, he was extremely friendly and helpfull explaining areas of interest on the way. the keyholders were very helpful and on hand all week to help us out which we really appreciated as it was our first time away with the children. The house was very clean and tidy with everything on hand, we were very glad to have the air con. as it was very hot and we made good use of the bbq out on the patio, the kids loved the pool and we loved the fact it was a secure gated area for them. Area is fantastic, lovely and quiet with restruants, bars and beach within walking distance. Beach is beautiful and very clean i would definately recommend this property to others and would love to stay again thank you very much to you and all who made this a superb holiday Eddie, Emma and children

“Fanastic holiday let will return” This was our third visit in 2 years, This house is in a secure complex, spotlessly clean due to the keyholders excellant service.The area has the benefit of two large supermarkets within 5 minutes walk.Bars and resteraunts also 5 miutes walk, the excellent beach is only 15 miutes walk.Would recommend couples or families to stay here.There is also a communal pool about 30 metres away.Cannot wait to go back again as it is very good value for money.Transfers from airports were very reasonably priced ans arranged through owner.

“Excellent location, wouldn't need a car, House excellent, Recommend” House very close to three large Supermarkets. La Zenia beach is a short walk away. Car not necesssary. Very good bus route 5 minutes walk away. We hire a car but only because we travel to different beaches and have friends that live near and we visit. Would recommend you will not be disappointed. Complex is very well run and secure. Owner is very helpful excellent to deal with. Returned a number of times to same house.

“Perfect in every way” We had a fabulous time at La Zenia. Very family friendly. We could not fault the place at all. The gated complex made the place safe and secure for the children. The apartment was clean and very Comfortable and with just short distance from the beach and nearby restaurants made it a firm favourite with the whole family. We would definitely consider staying again. Thank you

“Ideal Location, great price and no problems - perfect” When looking on for a place to stay at for a long weekend in this area we largely looked at hotels. Then we came across this little gem. We originally were also only planning a long weekend, but ended up staying for a week because the price was still cheaper than a hotel. There were 4 of us in total and this house was a perfect size, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (oh and one in the outside utility if you count that) and plenty of out door space. The house was perfect I would say, and location was great too. It's about a 15min walk to the beach and the nearest supermarket is less than 5 min. The gated community is also very good and you feel safe. There is even a pool that you can use which was a surprise to us! We Played golf 4 times during the week and booked all of our games through the golf factory as they can get a little discount. Overall a great week and if I was to go back to the area I would see if this place was free and book it again!
