Bars and restaurants underneath the complex but on the other side. Just walk across the communal area by the pool and you are there!! 200 metres to Consum supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks, etc, at the La Zenia roundabout.
Few minutes walk or 250 metres to the EU Blue Flag sandy beach at La Zenia. A perfect base for a relaxing holiday for sunbathers, golfers, couples and families alike.

Children allowed, no pets allowed and no smoking in apartment. We provide bedding and 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person .
Access for elderly / disabled / wheelchair users – front door . Entire apartment on one level . Therefore suitable for elderly people, disabled or small wheelchair users.
At least one member of the party should be over 21 years of age and their name and address must be provided as the lead member of the booking. No "hen parties" "stag parties, etc, the nightlife of places such as Benidorm may be more suitable than this area.
We require a damage deposit,£100. A payment would be made before the start of the holiday, and once , if everything is OK, we will refund the full amount back to the home address. If there is any unexpected damage, or if a larger-than-normal clean is required, the appropriate amount will be deducted. A cleaning charge is payable 100€ and paid with the deposit 2 weeks before departure.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required , to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 100€ for cleaning of apartment to be paid with deposit 2 weeks before departure.
25% Deposit at time of booking balance of rental fee due eight weeks before your stay to secure booking.

The Southern Costa Blanca is well know for its sunny weather and healthy climate. There are many large towns short drives away from La Zenia .Torrevieja is a 5 mins drive north , a lovely walk along the sea front , enjoy the hippy style market or lunch at the many bars/restaurants around the marina .
Murcia is beautiful city with little streets leading to many churches , buildings and even a old casino .Try a tapas lunch here and relax watching the shoppers and workers in their routine.
Cartagena is an old naval port with some old ships and submarines tied up . The buildings again are breath taking and is great for lazy afternoon chilling. There are areas on the Mar Manor where you will see people coving themselves in mud from the sea and baking before re-entering the warm sea to remove the mud, the mud is said to be very good for many ailments.
The La Zenia area
Twenty minutes from Murcia Airport and 45 mins from Alicante Airport , La Zenia is perfect for the family holiday.
The apartment is 5 mins walking distance to the beaches and beach bars . A short walk and the shops and bars are at hand , including a large supermarket and 24hr shop .
There are enough places to eat including 4 chinese , indian , american dinner ,spanish and snack bars .There are 2 irish bars with entertainment every night and quieter bars, including a 50/60s bar .
The beaches have bars and also you can buy children's floats and toys there , also there are pedalos and jet skies for hire.

Enjoyed the location. Apartment was very nice and close to the shared pool. Large bedrooms and aircon fully working. All the amenities from home you could possibly need. Beach is less than 5 mins walk from apartment. And the bars even closer! Take a trip to the main market on a Friday. It's massive and has all sorts of wonderful things to spend your money on! Missed my wifi whilst at property and 3G wasn't best with Vodafone. Perhaps look at offering some sort of metered service perhaps in future? Definitely going to book again with Terry as we loved it. The apartment was ideally located. It was a short walking distance to the beach, restaurant, bars and super market. It was very clean, secure and safe. The apartment has a private garden to front and side with BBQ, there are also sun loungers it was ideal for sunbathing it was very private. We even put a paddling pool out for our toddler as there was loads of space, The balcony overlooks the pool and has a large patio table and 6 chairs. The large communal pool is a one minute walk which is key entry only making it very secure. It has a children's pool, adults pool and Jacuzzi. It was ideal for a family with teenagers and a toddler. There was even a lifeguard at the pool. It was very clean and even had toilets to use whilst at the pool. There is also a small children's play area near the pool and secure underground parking . The owner arranged our transfers to and from the airport which was fantastically organised. There was someone to greet us at the apartment who was a great help explaining things and he answered any questions we had. We had a brilliant holiday with happy adults, teenagers and a toddler. The apartment and its fantastic location met all our needs. I would definitely recommend the apartment for its fantastic amenities and location. You do not need a car. |

We offer a long stay discount for a booking between 4 and 8 weeks. The end-of-rental cleaning cost increases by 50%.
