About the home
This is our second home and as such is very well equipped and furnished. The house is on three levels with sun terraces on level two and three. Although we are in a quiet residental area, on a no thru road we are less than 10mins walk from shops,restaurants. bars and La Zenia Beach.
There is a shaded patio area outside, a garden and a drive in for the car.The swimming pool is behind the house and as it is a small complex it seldom get busy. All rooms are air conditioned and heated. Our home is ideal for families, couples and golfers as we are less than 10mins by car from three golf courses, go-karting, water parks and wind surfing.

On the ground floor is our living/dining room is a good size with comfortable sofas and a selection of books, games and DVDs. We also have Sat.TV in this room which receives all the British Channels.
There is a dining area and a breakfast bar also
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook from a Sunday roast to a
Chinese stir fry. The laundry room is outside the kitchen, where you have a washing machine and tables, chairs, cool boxes and buckets and spades for the beach.
The first floor has a good sized double and twin bedded room(this room has an extra Sat TV)
They have plenty wardrobe and cupboard space and share a full bathroom with shower and sun terrace.
The second floor has a large master bedroom with shower room and toilet en suite. This room has it's own large sun terrace.
All room windows have grills and are locked ( key is supplied to open)

We have a table and chairs for outside and an area to BBQ in. The patio area is shaded so it is not too hot to sit out here in the Summer months
Renowned for its sunny beaches, sleepy afternoons and great well priced restaurants, Spain is also home to some dramatic mountain ranges, and clean sandy beaches. The large bustling town of Torrevieja is just three miles away with hundreds of bars, restaurants etc and a lovely seaside promenade with night time market.
The golf courses near us are Villa Martin ,Las Rambles ( my favourite but take plenty of balls) and Campoamar
There is an abundance of Flamingo and other wildlife on the salt lakes.

Flexable rental days, also flexable arrival and departure times.
There is a washing and cleaning charge which is left for our caretaker on departure.
2 people 55 Euro more than 2 people 70 Euro.
Tea, coffee, bread, water soft drinks etc are always in our home for your arrival. Additional items can be supplied on request.
Monthly Winter lets available from Nov thru March from £400 per month.
Conditions
Smokers are welcome to smoke on the balconies or in the patio area outside.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
One of the greatest attractions of Torrevieja has always been its variety of entertainment for families and grown ups alike.
There are many Bus Tours than go daily to the Mountains , Bodegas, and Benidorm etc. Some include lunch and are very well priced.
The water park is in Torrevieja as is the nightly Fun Fair , we are 10mins drive from there.
Markets are on every day and the nightly market is in Torrevieja.
We keep a folder in the house with places of interest.
In this area you can do as little or as much as you like
The La Zenia area
La Zenia is a quiet area but within 10mins walk you can be at dozens of restaurants, bars etc.
There are three beaches the nearest being La Zenia (10mins walk) Cabo Roig (15mins walk)
Campoamor 5 mins drive. La Zenia and Campoamor have jets skis, climbing frames etc.
The Oriheula Hotel is less than 5 mins walk away and has a large pool , a gym, tennis and squash. Prices for non residents are very reasonable. They do a nice lunch by the pool and entertainment is on most nights.
