This light and airy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property is ideally located a mere 15 minute walk to the local beach at La Zenia where you can enjoy a leisurely day on the beach or a casual drink at one of the beach bars. The house has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, an open plan kitchen, lounge/dining area and balcony for that end of the day glass of wine.
There is a large supermarket, and a number of restaurants and bars, catering for all tastes within walking distance. Alternatively head to Villamartin Plaza, a 10 minute drive away for a extra special meal out. Torrevieja is also located nearby (a 15 minute drive) and has a lovely beach and marina with water front bars and restaurants to enjoy. Golf enthusists will love the three championship golf courses within a 5 minute drive in Villamartin, Campomoar and Las Ramblas.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is one of the most attractive and popular regions of Spain for visitors. With its stunning mountainous landscape, miles of golden sandy beaches and wonderfully sunny climate its easy to see why. This region has a diverse range of attractions on offer and has been offically tagged the 'healthiest climate in the world' by the World Health Organisation. Enjoy 320 days a year of sunshine and an average year round temperature of 24°C!
Towards the Northern end of the Costa Blanca you will find Benidorm, a thriving year-round tourist hot spot with all sorts of excursions, day trips and entertainment parks. There are the beautiful bays of Altea and Calpe well worth the trip, smaller towns and villages like Villajoyosa just south of Benidorm, famous for its old town and its chocolate! Alternatively head to Seavill for its beaches and tiny villages.
With so much to do the Costa Blanca is an ideal place for a family holiday.
The La Zenia area
The bustling, cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive from the Blue Flag Beach of La Zenia. You can reach Torrevieja via the road N 332, a wonderfully scenic road along the Costa Blanca. In Torrevieja you will find huge salt lakes surrounding the road down from Alicante.
La Zenia offers smooth white sand and crystal blue sea. Golfers will fall in love with the famous Championship Golf Course of VillaMartin and locally you will find an abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs. Take an early evening stroll along the sea front or take the sea-side walk, stretching from Playa Flamenca, through La Zenia to Cabo Roig. If all that sounds like too much hard work bask in the sun by day and once the sun sets for the evening enjoy the perfect environment in which to relax and unwind.

The house is ideally situated to Murcia and Alicante airports. Car rental is available from both airports. Transport for pick up and drop off to airport can be arranged, advice on this can be given if required.
