Comfortable townhouse in beach resort in a quiet residential ares but withing 250 metres from busy local centre with shops, restaurants and bars. There is a communal pool to the back of the property with tiled surround and baby pool and is exclusive to the Say y Mar development and is fully enclosed.
Also only 10 minute walk from blue flag beach and 5 minute walk to local leisure centre with large pool and baby pool and tennis courts. Three excellent golf courses are a 10 minute drive away, as well as 2 water parks.
The region has its own microclimate meaning it enjoys over 320 days of sunshine per year with an average winter temperate of 18C. the exceptional weather and lifestyle together with the European 'blue flag' beaches and the surrounding salt lakes purifying the atmosphere make this a very healthy part of the world.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is not as highly developed as the Costa Brava and the Costa del Sol. Its climate is better. In august the average temperatue is just over 90F in the day and just under 70F at night, and in the winter 60F by day and 45F by night. La Zenia is 4 km south of the commercial centre of Torrevieja which has a large shopping centre, a long promonade, large beach and harbour area with many places to eat. Within driving distance also to Murcia which has wonderful surrounding hilly views
La Zenia / Calle las Dalias area
La Zenia is small beach resort but a thriving place with many wonderful restaurants close by. There is a open air market within walking distance on a Saturday and is well worth the visit. The leisure centre which is a five minute walk away from the property has a large pool, tennis courts and bar and cafe. There are 3 excellent golf courses within a 10 minute drive away from the house.
For the children there are 2 water parks within close driving distance away and also a go cart track, The La Zenia beach has children's playing area, volley ball nets, a large cafe with pool tables and a swimming pool.
How to get there
Easiest way to get to the house is flying with budget airlines to ALICANTE or MURCIA airports. The distance from Alicante airport to the house is approximately 30 miles north and Murcia airport is 25 miles east, both of which can be reached via the new motorway network.
We can offer airport transport if required and car hire from the airport is relatively cheap.

Further details indoors: Comfortable house with modern amenities. Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. Satelite T.V. includes BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channetl 4, Sky movies and Sky sport. Large freezer. Supplied with gas fires for winter months. Lounge and all bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are sun loungers on the upstairs terraces as well as table and chairs.
Further details outdoors: There is a split level sun terrace on the ground floor with table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as a gas barbeque. The communal pool is just round the back of the property and is fully enclosed.

We can arrange for a welcome pack when you arrive and our English agent will greet you and show you around. They are on hand if you have any questions or worries. The house is supplied with linen and towels and you only have to provide beach towels.
Conditions
A refundable £100 security deposit is required when booking and is refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your stay.
A deposit of 10% is required when booking and the balance is required 8 weeks before your stay commences
