Beautiful spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom house in the pretty coastal town of La Zenia close to beaches and golf with supermarkets and a variety of bars and restaurants all within walking distance, close to the pool and ideal for families.

Development in La Zenia, South of Torrevieja. Costa Blanca, Spain, Near 5 Golf Courses, Air- Conditioned, Communal Pool, Less then 10 minutes walk to the Beach, Sleeps up to 6.

In the main area of this Air- Conditioned property you have the lounge area which is equipped with a settee and sofa bed, TV with UK channels,DVD player and CD system. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. Quality furniture is used throughout.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect. Utility room with washing machine and shower.

Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps and a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, Patio doors leading out to the sun terrace with views over the pool.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Situated 35 minutes drive south from the cosmopolitan city of Alicante with its many excellent shops and restaurants.

10 minutes drive away is Torrevieja with its excellent beach, extensive seafront promenade and bustling with shops and restaurants many with sea views.

The Aquapolis Water Park can be found just on the outskirts of Torrevieja.

North of Alicante can be found the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Towards Valencia can be found the picturesque areas of Denia and Javea.

Drive south to the golfers paradise of La Manga or to Cartegena.

The La Zenia area

La Zenia is a pretty coastal town which has very good access to both the coastal road and motorway.

The house is situated within 10 minutes walking distance of three excellient bue flag beaches. 5 minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants and three well stocked Supermarkets.

Within walking distance is the new La Zenia Boulevard which is the largest shopping area in the province of Alicante. The center brings over eighty thousand square meters shopping and dining options for all tastes and budgets.

Here is a new concept of shopping center, opened to take advantage of good weather Orihuela coast, and more than two hundred million euro investment to realize an entertainment complex on the coast of the capital of the Vega Baja.


Villa Martin approximately 5 minutes drive away has the Villa Martin Plaza with its array of bars and restaurants catering for every for every taste.

There are three challenging golf courses within 10 minutes drive of the house, Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.

To secure your holiday at Le Zenia a deposit of 20% of the holiday price is required. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and the £150 returnable security bond and the one off £50 linen/final cleaning fee to add must be paid.

Wi-Fi is available at 15 euro a week, payable at the property.

The property will be cleaned to a high standard and fresh bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided.

We can also supply cot and Highchair hire at 20 euro a week each.

Arrival at the property is from 1600 hrs and departure from 10.00hrs.

For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable.
