The property caters comfortably for 5 people, has quality solid wood furnishings which include:-
2 sofas, satellite TV featuring most european languages, stereo with CD player, a selection of books and games.
Kitchen and Dining Area;
Dining table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen featuring, oven, hob with extraction, microwave/grill, fridge freezer, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle.
Utility room with washing machine.
The kitchen is provided with all the necessary utensils, crockery, cutlery, corkscrew and bottle openers, glasses and tea towels. An iron and ironing board are also included.
Bathroom 1 features a bath with shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin.
Bathroom 2 features a double shower, toilet and washbasin.
Master bedroom features a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, and access to the upstairs balcony with table and chairs.
Second bedroom features 2 single beds with fitted wardrobes and bedside table and light.
Third bedroom features 1 single bed with bedside table and light and dressing table.
Multi-speed ceiling fans are provided in every bedroom with radiators for the winter months

Patio and Balcony Area;
The large enclosed patio area is fully tiled in blue ceramic and with a locking gate is secure for small children. Additionally, the whole urbanisation offers remote control security access making it a safe haven for children.
Patio and balcony furniture includes tables and chairs, sun loungers, patio awning, and a BBQ (not to be used near furniture and sunshades).
For the flexibility of our guests we do allow part week bookings on a pro rata basis therefore guests may book for as many or few days as they wish without penalty on price and also enjoy the benefit of being able to source cheaper airfares.
In order to secure your booking and avoid disappointment reservations can only be held for 24 hours during which time payment of deposit or full balance (dependant on departure date) must be made.
For your benefit our on-site management company provides a full 24 hr meet and greet service to introduce you to the property explain the facilities and provide your keys. At this time your fee of 60 Euros for end of rental cleaning and laundry will be collected.
All equipment for small children, cots, high chairs, buggies, toys are available for weekly rental as an optional extra through our on-site management company.
Bed Linen, bath and hand towels are provided, however, please bring your own beach towels.
The Valenciana region
La Zenia, located in the Southern Costa Blanca has been recommended by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places to live in Europe.
This fabulous area has safe sandy beaches that seem to go on forever, the majority proud to display the award winning Triple Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety.
Renowned as the Market Garden of Europe, there are plentiful daily markets displaying a variety of fresh fish, meats and local produce.
The property is ideally situated close to the beach and amenities in a small, private, and secure complex for that perfect family holiday in the resort of La Zenia, a 15 min drive south of Torrevieja with all it's shops, market, promenade, and international marina. Every evening in Torrevieja you will find a small market, with crafts and artists along the promenade front with a funfair situated adjacent to the Marina.
The blue flag beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig are all within a 5 - 10 min stroll of the urbanisation.
Within a 500m radius can be found a cosmopolitan range of restaurants and bars catering for every taste and pocket.
Within a 10 min drive can be found the internationally acclaimed golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor, and Las Ramblas, with the famous La Manga Club and it's 3 courses only 30 mins away. Should you wish to play golf, clubs may be hired, however, please do not forget your handicap certificate.
For those wishing to take advantage of the fantastic diving opportunities then trips can be arranged through local diving company Scubaworld, contactable at www.divecostablanca.com
If arriving after 8pm we would advise making use of our welcome pack to ensure you have those essentials waiting for you. Provisions can be obtained from the nearby Mercadona supermarket in La Zenia or for the ultimate hypermarket experience visit Carrefour in Torrevieja, signposted off the N332.
Within La Zenia and within 300m of our property is the Orihuella Costa Country Club. Open to the public their facilities comprise of swimming pool, gym, health centre, spa, tennis, bar and restaurant.
Within a 15 min drive you will find Go karting and the Aqua park both great for the kids and adults too.
A little further afield within 1 hrs drive are the mud baths of Lo Pagan and the Safari Park at Elche

"A fantastic holiday"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay,the property was as described and was clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and we had trouble getting the kids out of it!! The area was quiet and peaceful and the amenities are within easy walking distance. Overall I would strongly recommend the property and the area for a family holiday.
