Our luxury apartment at the Las Ramblas golf course is fully furnished and equipped with 2 twin bedded bedrooms. A sofa bed in the lounge also sleeps 2 people.
The apartment has a private roof solarium for sunbathing and 'al fresco' dining and its own private garden overlooking the 13th tee. It also is fully air conditioned for those hot summer nights as well as heating for those winter breaks.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca, on the east coast of Spain, is one of the most beautiful regions of the entire Iberian Peninsula. It enjoys more than 315 sunshine days a year and an average temperature of 23°C so it's easy to see why the World Health Organisation once named it as having one of the healthiest climates in the world. Thousands of foreigners have come on holiday here, fallen in love with the place and made it their permanent home.
Costa Blanca means white coast, a name taken from the endless miles of beautiful sandy beaches which stretch from the cosmopolitan town of Denia in the north to the popular tourist resort of Torrevieja in the south. The northern part of the region is mountainous, relatively green and peppered with groves of orange and olive trees along with colourful orchards of almonds and cherries. The much flatter and drier southern end of the Costa is famous for having the biggest palm gardens and salt flats in the whole of Europe.
It's a region which offers all things to all people. This is a paradise for golfers and gourmets, sun worshippers and serious party people, families and fun-loving 18-30s. There are big, brash beachside resorts with skyscraper hotels and all-night clubs and there are delightful mountain villages where life seems hardly to have changed for centuries.
The city of Alicante is the capital of the region and offers a wealth of cultural activities and fine beaches for Spanish and international tourists alike. At the extreme south of the Costa there's Torrevieja, favoured by international tourists (largely British), many of whom buy permanent or holiday homes here.
La Zenia / Las Ramblas Alicante area
Las Ramblas golf course is situated near La Zenia on the southern Costa Blanca. The closest town is Torrevieja (a 15 minute drive), which has a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars, and a large beach, the Playa de los Locos.
The area is peppered with yellow-sand, blue-flag beaches, such as La Zenia and Cabo Roig. The shallow Mar Menor, a short drive south of Las Ramblas, has particularly good beaches for children. There is a water park (Aquopolis) in Torrevieja.
The glorious beaches of Campoamar and Cabo Roig are within just 5km of the apartment. With 16km of beaches, the Orihuela Costa is one of the best places to take a beach holiday. With Europe wide fame, the blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Campoamar, Cabo Roig, Punta Prima and Villamartin have attracted great investment which has meant that there are excellent facilities, wonderful landscapes and magnificent villages throughout the area.
It is a 5 minute drive to the championship golf course of Villamartin and Campoamor. Villamartin Plaza boasts a wide variety of restaurants in a pleasant setting. Campoamor clubhouse, with its far-reaching views, makes a pleasant venue for al fresco dining.
Las Ramblas clubhouse is within easy walking distance from our apartment and boasts a relaxing bar area, restaurant and a terrace for casual drinking.
The mountains and countryside are also only a short drive away and there are a huge number of places to see, visit and explore in the countryside surrounding our apartment. There are also many places to explore if you enjoy walking or cycling.
Further afield, near the popular resort of Benidorm (c.1 hour), are Terramitica theme park and Mundomar, a marine park. There is a go-kart circuit a short drive away from Las Ramblas. Other places of interest within 1 hours drive include Murcia, La Manga & Alicante, while Lorca, Granada is 3 hours drive away.
Average temperatures in this area are about 15°C/17°C in December, January and February and above 20°C between March to May & September to November whilst in the summer period between June to August temperatures can be over 30°C. But not to worry because our apartment is also fully air-conditioned for the summer as well as having heating if you want to visit in the low season when the nights are slightly chilly.

Golf is of course the focus of life when you are staying at Las Ramblas. The huge 18 hole course has delightfully undulating fairways surrounded by thick woodland, glorious views of the Mediterranean and many deep water obstacles on the course. A round of golf at Las Ramblas is a pleasure even in the heat of the summer. If you arrive at Las Ramblas feeling a little rusty, you can blow away the cobwebs in the driving range, on the practice greens or in the practice bunkers which surround the clubhouse. There is even a professional who can help you improve your swing or even learn the game whilst you are staying at our apartment.

"The communal pool was very clean, the air conditioning in the apartment very efficient (air con in bedrooms only needed turned on 30 minutes before retiring for the evening) and the sky TV kept the kids entertained when we were all getting ready to go out for the evening. We ate out locally at a number of restaurants and had no bad experiences. Bar Alejandros at La Zenia was a particular favourite with the kids – great pizzas and pasta.
