The Languedoc-Roussillon / Herault region

La Tour sur Orb area
This charming town is a delightful destination for your holidays. Attractive hiking paths, welcoming guest houses, excellent products from the farm (honey, wine, cheese and varieties of fruit) has enough to satisfy the most demanding. La Tour sur Orb contains many remains of its middle age history: in the fortified village of Boussagues you can find several castles (XIIème in XVIlème century), and further out, eight chapels, churches and cloisters featuring ten centuries of religious architecture (visits and concerts in the chapels).

Further details indoors: The property is comfortably furnished and perfect for children. The interior has been restored sympathetically and many traditional features remain. The kitchen has been fully modernsied. There is the possibility of renting the second floor independently as a separate apartment. 2 places for satellite TV one in salon for children one in living room for adult with a large screen, both with DVD players. There is as well a Hi Fi audio chain.
Further details outdoors: The large private garden boast many secluded terraces and a barbecue, perfect for al-fresco dining. The pool is large and perfect for diving.There is also a spectacular golf course, casino and spa nearby.
Holidaymakers can rent bikes and go exploring for the day. Horse riding, hunting, canoeing and fishing are all widely available and the nearby lake is perfect for sailing.

Except in July and August, rental fees are adapted to the number of people. Due to the antiquities, a 600 € deposit is required at arrival, returned at departure if no damages. Some charges vary depending on the period and the number of people. Cleaning is 250 € when more than 1& people,150 when less than 6 people Pool maintenance made by hand 3 times a week is 75 €(included in rent from may to september)) In cool seasons electricity and fuel are at consumption. Bed linenare 9 € per bed, towels(one normal and one bath towel) and kitchen clothes are 4 € per person. When ok week end rate is half of week rate Water for automatic watering during the night, gas and telephone for local use are free of charge.
Conditions
Normaly rent is per week. Discounts are made for periods longer than a week except in July and August. Rent for duration shorter than a week are possible in low season only. After approval, an agreement signed is mailed to be returned signed with the 25 % payment at reservation.

On a resté à votre maison avec beaucoup de plaisir ! N’aucun des problèmes. C’est vraiment une ‘petit’ perle dans le Languedoc, bien situé, très tranquille et tous les choses on était besoin de, c’était la. La Boulodrome était le cœur d’une compétition très fort chaque jour pendant le semaine. On a ramassé et écarte le bien part des petit cailloux pour mieux jouer. Bernard est vraiment gentil, et il a gardé nos intérêts bien.
