The villa is located within Polaris World’s La Torre resort just 20 minutes drive from the beach and is situated just a few minutes’ walk from the on-site supermarket as well as a 5 minute ‘flat’ walk from the resort’s clubhouse, 18-hole golf course and resort centre. It is ideal for golfers, families and holidaymakers that want plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

The Murcia region
The local area, Murcia, offers plenty of activities for holidays, especially golfing holidays. The sandy beaches are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding.
Mar Menor's sandy beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.
The La Torre Golf Resort / Polaris World, La Torre area
La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments. Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as five restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian, international chill out bar/restaurant with outdoor pool and an international buffet).
The resort also has a bank, travel shop, Internet access, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, golf shop, a hospital, playgrounds and school. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff

Please note: as the swimming pool is a lined pool (not ceramic tiles) we kindly ask that no children's toys, glass or sharp objects go in the pool or near the water. This is to avoid tearing or damaging to the pool lining.
A high chair and cot can be hired in on request, starting from £25 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.
A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, (payable locally) please ask for details.
All bookings are subject to a £90 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays.
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.
No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee.
Wrist bands for communal pools and tennis courts: Please note, resort management have issued a wrist band per guest that must be worn to use the communal pools and tennis courts. If lost or misplaced a 30 Euro replacement fee per wrist band is payable locally. This is to prevent non resort residents using the communal pools and tennis courts.
In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
