Security Deposit of £250 to be paid with final balance 30 days prior to departure. Refundable when agents confirm all in order at the apartment after your departure, and when keys have been returned.
Cleaning/laundry fee of Euros 75.00 to be left in Apartment on departure.
The Murcia region
The Costa Calida region has a coast extending along 250km with an exceptional climate and has an average of 320 days of sunshine. it has been described by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest regions in which to live. There are many national parks including Sierra Espuna which has stunning scenery and an abundance of wildlife. There are walking and cycling trails there too. The beaches of the Mar Menor have many activities available including but not limited to: boat trips, kayaking, sailing, snorkelling, cycling, wind surfing, kite surfing, jet skies, water skiing & scuba diving. Dos Mares shopping centre is within 15 min drive and includes McDonalds! Also a bowling alley, bar, many eateries and not to mention numerous shops including a huge supermarket for all your necessities
La Torre Golf Resort
Jack Nicklaus-designed 18 hole Golf (Par 68). Access to all other Polaris World Golf courses. Cycle and Tennis court hire. Numerous fine restaurants on site. Entertainment most nights in club house. Irish Bar, Tapas Bars, Ice Cream parlour, Health spa, Hair & Beauty shop, travel shop to organise any outings. Health Centre. within a 15 min drive there is the historic city of Murcia with an abundance of shopping and sight seeing. There are fiestas and festivals on throughout the year. There are the famous therapeutic muds at San Pedro, about 20 minutes' drive.

"Wonderfully relaxing and suprisingly tranquil place"
The apartment was wonderful with everything that you could possibly want. It overlooked the large pool so it was perfect for the children to go off. The location was a self contained, purpose built golf resort but it was beautifully kept. Some ameneties on the site but not a great choice of restaurants. The Italian was very good - the largest Pizzas we have ever seen ! ( unfortunately they did run out of dough one night !!!) The supermarket was well stocked and the warm chocolate croisants were a good reason to get up early !
You definitely need a car to explore the surrounding area. We found some wonderful places including the city of Carteghena. Dont miss it ! Its a wonderful place with some of the most beautiful pieces of public art I've ever seen ! Very grand ! Superb harbour and marina. Lovely beaches everywhere, our favourite was Cabo de pollos ( with the lighthouse) . The coves were great for snorkelling.
The owner left us a great list of places to visit - most of which we did.
A great great holiday - even if you dont like golf !!!!!

"A Fantastic and relaxing holiday"
We found the apartment on the Holiday Lettings website and immediately liked the property details, the fact that it was so close to pools and children's play areas. We found the owner Jane Sagrott very helpful right from the first contact she was not only able to confirm availability very quickly but also provided a wealth of additional information, web site links etc. which all proved very useful. The apartment was just as described, modern, well-furnished and decorated and very clean. The apartment had everything we needed and the spacious balcony overlooking the pool made dining a joy. The La Torre resort is nice well maintained and easy to find, the golf is excellent, but there is plenty to do for non-Golfers. We did find that not all of the restaurants were open and the “La Trattoria” always had to be booked in advance, which was not ideal for us as we are more “spur of the moment” when on holiday”. Hopefully this will be resolved soon as the restaurants on the resort had just been sold off and I suspect some of the issues were due to this. But all the restaurants we ate in were good, and there is also a good choice in the local villages, and especially near the coast. Location wise the apartment is a short drive to some lovely sandy beaches, although we found most of the time our two children were more than happy around the pool, which was busy but not overcrowded. For other activities, we can well recommend the nearby Golf Delux in Los Alcázares great fun and well-priced, more expensive but a great day out for the kids is Aquopolis, it's not cheap and is unsurprisingly busy, but the queues aren't too bad, and it allows dads to be big kids as well, if you go, take a bike lock we found that if you hire the floats and leave the unattended they would have a habit of being taken. One poor family in front of us spent an hour looking for their stolen floats. A bike lock would allow you to lock them together making them useless for the local youths, and allow you to enjoy the other rides fully. We would certainly look at returning on our next visit to Spain.
