About the home

The Villa is set in a large corner plot.The accommodation is fully air conditioned and tastefully furnished to a very high standard with comfortable orthopedic mattresses on all beds. TV with satellite package , DVD Player, internet access, telephone ( free internal calls to resort), IPOD docking station.
Tennis rackets and balls , Playstation 2 , and Golf Clubs. (available on request at a charge)
Chimney Barbeque - for the easiest outdoor cooking!


The property is very close to all the resort amenities and facilities, and will comfortably cater for all types of holiday makers.

The villa is located only short walk to the La Torre Town Centre and Club House , four restaurants and three bars and resort supermarket. Guests can use the nearby tennis courts and large communal pool, which are a stone throw away.

The garden accommodates one of the larger corner plots and is fenced.

Cleaning /Linen and towels- All linen and towels are included, please bring your own beach towels for pool and outdoor use. There is cleaning charge of 95 euros , and if you require a further change of linen an additional charge would be quoted. (based on six , thereafter add 10 euros per person )

Deposit- 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking and the final balance(75%) is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
We can accept payment by bank transfer.

Security Deposit-
£200 is payable( by cheque) when the balance of 75% is paid 8 weeks prior to departure , and will be refunded when the property has been inspected after your departure .( within 30 days)

The Murcia region

Visit the amazing inland sea of the Mar Menor for beaches,fishing,or watersports. The local coast line boasts wonderful nature reserves and healing mud baths. if you want a day at the beach,head south for a 10 minute drive to the village of Los Alcazares. (no high rises here).

Situated on the Mar Menor (small sea) this beach is actually Europe's largest seawater lagoon although you can only just see the small strip of land that makes it a lagoon. The water is shallower and 5c warmer than other beaches along this coast and perfect for children or learning watersports.

Los Alcazares has a splendid 2 mile palm tree lined promenade, dotted with beach cates and restaurants. The perfect place to chill, a traditional village next to the beach.

If you are seeking some cool mountain air, you can find the mountains just behind Murcia town, perfect for hikers.

The historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena are within 30 minutes drive, as is the La Manga sporting complex. Murcia is a 13th Century walled town only twenty minutes drive north from the resort. If you are looking for some Spanish culture , this is the place.

Walking or cycling within the mountains of the National Parks is nearby, and the area contains many unspoilt villages where you can experience the real Spain. The villa is ideally situated for sun-worshippers, beach fanatics, golfers and sportsmen and women,nature lovers,culture vultures, as well as children and families. The superb climate allows you to take a summer holiday from April through to October or beyond, and there are plenty of winter activities too.

This area of Spain is rich in history and culture, and throughout the year there are colourful fiestas and parades.Real Murcia FC play in La Primera Liga, and the city is also renowned for its fine shopping. Road links are excellent to all the nearby towns and cities, and even Madrid is less than 4 hours away by train.

Murcia San Javier is 10 minutes from the resort or Alicante airport is approx. 45 minutes away, between both airports there are flights from every part of the UK.

The new Corvera airport which will be about 20minutes away is presently under construction and should be ready in MARCH 2012. All the major car rental companies can be found at both airports. Although if you prefer there are good taxi services available from both airports. Private airport pick ups can be arranged.

There are several airlines offering cheap flights, Ryan-Air, Easy Jet, Jet2, Monarch, Fly Be, BMI Baby.
