Leading from the lounge is a large and private terrace that borders the swimming pool with jacuzzi and communal gardens. The golf course is beyond the swimming pool and borders the 4th Fairway.
The terrace area has an outdoor dining table and 4 dining chairs, a side table with two armchairs, charcoal BBQ and 4 luxury sun loungers;
Areas of sun and shade are available throughout the day.
Beach towels are provided.
The communal swimming pool is 2 meters walk away from the terrace - close enough to easily keep an eye on the kids, providing a safe environment for play, sunbathing and dining or just watching the world go by.
There is an underground garage with private parking and a lift taking you to the apartment door.
Smoking is permitted in the terrace areas only.

La Torre Golf Resort
There are many services on the resort for the use of residents and guests alike. Services include a large
supermarket, bank, hairdressing and beauty salon, spa & healthcare centre and a travel agency
offering excursions to the region’s attractions.
The resort has a superb 18 hole, par 69, golf course designed by Nicklaus Design that runs through the entire
complex. Its spectacular design includes large bunkers and huge lakes, making it a challenge to players of all
levels. The lakes play an important role as the game progresses, requiring of the player great skill and
composure. There are some impressive golf holes on this course.

entertainment program. A wide range of drinks and a comfortable atmosphere make it an ideal meeting place.
WOOD HOUSE BAR
After playing a round on the golf course, there is nothing better than having a drink whilst
talking about the best shots of the game. The Wood House offers a good range of
drinks and snacks as well as superb views from the terrace.

Located at the heart of La Torre Golf Resort, the Chill Out bar-restaurant, Bamboo, and its ample terraces are surrounded by an impressive swimming pool, with the large lake and the lush green golf course on the horizon. Bamboo offers a selection of different cuisines from around the world and features dishes from Thailand, India, the Middle East, Mexico and China among others. The variety and subtle flavours in this restaurant will delight all discerning food lovers.
The truly special ambiance of Bamboo is best experienced when the restaurant really comes to life at dusk. As the sun sets the music begins and the relaxed atmosphere takes over, providing the perfect place to sip a refreshing cocktail as the sun goes down.
This two-storey restaurant specialising in rice dishes overlooks the lake and offers a variety of rice dishes cooked on an open vine shoot fire. All rice dishes are perfect for eating in company and, in LIMONERO, this becomes a true pleasure, especially when the dish is a delicious traditional paella.
Any guest staying on a Polaris World Resort can use the facilities and services of all the Polaris World resorts,
including the golf courses, bars and restaurants. Polaris World operates a shuttle service to take guests
between the resorts. These currently run four times daily but please check this as the service is subject to
change as the resorts develop.

"Lovely apartment in perfect location...Would recommend"
Stayed in the apartment for 9 days in June.
The apartment was really clean and perfectly located on the ground floor, which meant the pool was right outside the terrace.
The living area was really spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were really nice too.
Don't really have a bad thing to say about our whole stay, would definitely go back!
