About the home

A stunning 3 story 2 bedroom self-catered luxurious town house in Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort, has all the peace and tranquillity you could wish for with views over almond groves.

A very special property for golfers and non-golfers alike and well positioned, only 10 minutes stroll to the town centre with 18 hole golf course, golf shop, clubhouse, lakeside restaurants and bars and of course the stunning views. FULLY AIR CONDITIONED.

Additional facilities available at the luxury Intercontinental Hotel, situated in the town centre, including a spa.

FREE USE OF GOLF CLUBS! We have 2 sets of golf clubs (Callaway and Nike) for our guests use.

Ground floor
==========

* The lounge area has a large comfortable 3-seater sofa which converts into a full size double-bed. Two large armchairs, a 32” flat screen TV, surround sound DVD player, coffee table and a side-board unit. Large double patio doors lead into the dining area.

* Fully equipped kitchen includes, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Ample cooking and serving equipment (Microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster are in the dining area).

* The glass enclosed terrace serves as a dining room with views of the gardens. A large 6-seater glass dining table with rattan chairs, large storage unit with a extended worktop. The crockery, cutlery and the wine bottle opener can be found here, with plenty of space for storing your own non perishable food items. This area also has 2 heaters to keep things warm during the winter months. In summer, the glass-curtains can be opened to provide an al-fresco dining experience.

* Bedroom 1 is air conditioned and accommodates 2 single beds and a large fitted wardrobe with drawers inside.

* The bathroom has a bath with shower, large hand-basin, toilet, bidet and a heated towel rail.

First Floor
========

* Bedroom 2 is spacious and has a king size bed and bedside drawer units. There is an en suite bathroom which has a bath with shower, hand-basin, toilet, bidet and a heated towel rail. New air conditioner installed.

* The third terrace is situated here. A secluded roof terrace has fantastic panoramic views of the almond grove, mountains and beyond.

Further details outdoors:
A 10 minute walk will also take you to the well stocked supermarket. Tennis courts are nearby too.
The front of the house overlooks a children’s playground and other playgrounds are dotted throughout the resort. The resort also has 12 communal pools, with the nearest one being only 50 yards away from the front door.

* 2 beach sunbeds and parasols are available for your use (free of charge) to take to the beach. Rental charge at the beach is €15 per day per sun bed!

* 2 sets of golf clubs (Nike and Callaway) are available for your use.

* Communal swimming pools, both for children and adults, are only 50 yards away from the front of the house.

* There are 2 tennis courts on-site which are 3 minutes drive from the house.

* Fresh bed linen and towels, including pool towels, are included in the rental price.

* All rentals are subject to a cleaning charge of €60, payable upon arrival.

* 25% non-refundable deposit payable at the time of booking with balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to commencement of rental period. Full rental charge payable for bookings made within 4 weeks of rental period.

* A security deposit of £150 is required to cover for damages/breakages, payable together with the balance amount. This will be fully refunded if all is okay.

* You will be checked-in and out of the property by our English speaking key holder.

The Murcia region

The mild climate with very little precipitation year round and the diversified ecological landscape draws you into an incredible state of well-being. The La Torre Golf Resort / Polaris World, La Torre area

The La Torre Golf Resort is situated in the sun-soaked region of Murcia on the Costa Calida in Spain. Only minutes from the golden beaches of the Mar Menor which offers a safe haven for swimming in the warm therapeutic waters.

The grand entrance to the resort, accessed by security controlled gatehouse, is lined with palm trees, water features and benches. Spread throughout the landscaped complex are fountains, lush plants and lemon, lime, olive & palm trees retaining the special Mediterranean feel.

The Jack Nicklaus designed La Torre Golf Course is an 18 hole, par 68 course with four sets of tees and 3 lakes. This course has reduced dimensions and wide fairways and large bunkers. At 5,400 metres it is a course where accuracy and strategy are fundamental.

The Resort has very extensive facilities, with a full time English speaking school, very large supermarket (including home delivery) and fully equipped medical centre, all on site. There are numerous bars and restaurants and other facilities such as…

Don’t worry if you do not like golf, there are so many other on site facilities to enjoy.

“a home from home with great comfort” our family rented this we found it so homely we cooked BBQ, 4 pools with in a 2min walk a play area with in a min s walk super market 10min walk.

We were more than pleased with our stay in your lovely home it was like a home away from our home we BBQ we cooked there and were delighted to have all the equipment to do this. Your place is very nice ideal for 4-6 people Only one thing some air con needed in upstairs bedroom thats about the only improvement needed Ideal place to stay and get about with easy motor way from airport and shopping centre
