About the home

Fantastic south facing, luxury 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment overlooking a large communal pool and only a short walk from the bars, restaurants an golf of Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort. It is equipped to the highest standard and comes with 32" LCD UK TV, air-conditioning and gas central heating throughout.

The property is ideal for families with kids, or the elderly, having a ground floor location with lift from the private underground parking facility. The double patio doors from the lounge open onto a private terrace with views to the communal gardens, pool and golf course.

Leading from the lounge is a large private terrace that borders the communal gardens, pool and golf course. The terrace area has an outdoor dining table and 4 dining chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. At the front of the property there is a children's' play park - close enough to walk from but at the front of the property to keep the noise to a minimum on the private terrace.

Known as the "Warm Coast", the Murcia Region shoreline runs just over 250 km and is shared by two seas: the Minor Sea (Mar Menor) and the Mediterranean. The landscape is peppered with breathtaking cliffs, heavenly secluded beaches of endless white sand, lively seaports and natural coves of crystal-clear waters.


Many of these areas are part of the Regions network of Protected Natural Lands. A noteworthy geographical feature is La Manga, a strip of coastline that encloses and separates the 170 km2 Minor Sea lagoon from the Mediterranean, connected only by channels or gorges.

The second Polaris World development to be fully completed was La Torre Golf Resort, which comprises of stunning whitewashed properties so typical of the area surrounded by the Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course now fully open and ready to play.

THE GOLF COURSE

This course features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provide added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass has been planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect.

Three lakes will complete the exuberant landscape of this course. One of the shorter courses, the La Torre Golf Resort is ideal for both average players and those with a high handicap. At the same time, La Torre Golf Resort preserves the challenge for experienced players who, teeing off from the furthest tee, will have to devise the appropriate strategy to cover the fairway with the perfect shot. Completed with all the perfect features for practice, La Torre Golf Resort is undoubtedly a mandatory stopover for golf players.
