The apartment has been thoughtfully laid out to make your stay as comfortable as possible with a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, ironing board and iron. It has everything you need to make any length of stay a convenient one. The dining area has seating for 4 people & lounge area with 2 leather sofas, TV and PS2/DVD player, leading on to the covered balcony complete with 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs.

The spacious Spanish tiled bathroom comes with full sized bath, power shower, w/c, bidet & heated towel rail.

Each bedroom has two full size single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets & bedside lamps. They also have doors which lead out onto a balcony which benefits from morning sunshine. Air conditioning & central heating throughout.

General information

Towels and linen are provided. There is a small cost of 70 Euro per week for this, payable to the key holder on arrival at the apartment. The cost also includes the cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay.

Changeover Day - The apartment needs to be vacated by 10:30am on change over days. The preferred change over day is Saturday although other days can be arranged. On your arrival day the apartment will be available from 15:00pm.

Prices are per week. For shorter breaks please contact us for a competitive quote.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required when making a booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A £125 refundable security deposit is also required when making a booking. This will be refunded within 7 days of you leaving the apartment, following a satisfactory inspection of the property by the management company.
